This is a Classic “Pines Cottage” in the ocean block of Rehoboth Beach near the Boardwalk.

The Pines Cottage and next door sister, The Oak Cottage, may be rented together.

The Pines Cottage is only 7 doors to the life-guarded beach and can accommodate 10 guests in 5 bedrooms.

This 1925 historic cottage and back guest cottage have been completely remodeled and redecorated to provide modern comfort in a charming setting.

The darling Main Cottage has 4 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms, and the Guest Cottage has 1 large Bedroom, a Sitting Room and 1 Full Bathroom.

Bedroom 1 has one Queen bed with Tommy Bahama bedspread and shams, and Bedroom 2 has two Twin beds with Pottery Barn bedspread and shams. These 2 bedrooms share a private full bathroom with a tiled shower.

Bedroom 3 is a Master Bedroom with one Queen bed, Ralph Lauren linens, a TV and a private full bathroom with a tiled shower and vanity.

Bedroom 4, located on the 2nd Floor, is a Master Bedroom with one Queen bed with Beach Bungalow bedspread and shams, and a private full bathroom with a shower and vanity.

The 2nd Floor Loft Sitting Room has a rattan sofa and three chairs upholstered with Tommy Bahama fabric and a coffee table. Enjoy watching TV or reading in this delightful space. The entire 2nd Floor has new hardwood flooring.

Bedroom 5 is in the separate, delightful Guest Cottage and has two Queen beds with Horchow linens and a private full bathroom with a tub shower and console sink. The Guest Cottage coffee bar has a hammered copper sink, Keurig coffee maker and dining table that seats 4. Guests will enjoy having a TV in the Bedroom and a second TV in the lovely, garden view Sitting Room.

The Main Cottage Living Room and Dining Room are open concept with a vaulted ceiling, sky lights, decorative fireplace, and designer fabrics.

The Kitchen has been completely remodeled and is fully equipped with new Cafe appliances, granite countertops, lighting, hardwood floors, beautiful Mikasa "Madison" dishes, glasses, barware, Lenox flatware, cookware, KitchenAid mixer, Keurig and traditional coffee makers and more.

The Screened Porch is one of the larger porches in Rehoboth Beach and is beautifully furnished for relaxation with plenty of comfortable wicker and rattan seating, decorator fabric cushions, ceiling fans and a large TV.

The Porch Dining Table seats 8 and there is an additional table that seats 4 for dining, playing games and putting puzzles together.

Guests will enjoy having a full size, stacked washer and dryer.

The large furnished Patio has a white wood picnic dining table, 2 benches, 6 Adirondack chairs, and a clothesline. Grill steaks on the Charcoal Grill in a private garden setting that is illuminated at night by landscape lighting.

The large outdoor shower has hot and cold water.

The Pines Cottage and the Guest Cottage have central heating, air conditioning and real hardwood flooring.

Rentals are available for as few as 3 nights in the Spring and Fall and by the week in the Summer, Friday to Friday, with Check-in at 3:30 pm and Check-out at 10:30 am.

There is off street parking for 3 cars and 2 seasonal parking permits are provided for on street parking for rentals between mid-May and mid-September.

Kitchen Tea Towels, Bedspreads, Pillows, Pillow Protectors, Mattress Pads and Mattress Protectors are provided.

Guests bring their own Sheets, Bath Towels and Beach Towels or may rent linens locally.

Beach Chairs and Umbrellas can be rented on the beach between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Starter rolls of Paper Towels, 1 roll of Toilet Paper in each Bathroom, 1 set of Trash/Recycling Bags, Laundry Detergent, Glass Top Range Cleaner, Dish Washing Liquid, Dishwasher Detergent, Brillo, 1 Sponge, Hand Soap in each Bathroom, Charcoal, Lighter Fluid, Grill Utensils, Broom, Dustpan, Mop, and Bucket.
