Our favorites are the Museum of Coastal Carolina and the Town Center Park’s splash pad! "Sum Good Son," is within close proximity to several nature trails for you to enjoy at your leisure. This property has marsh views on the street side and ocean views from the pool side balconies... the best of both worlds! Best of all, you are only a 3-minute walk away to the nearest beach access!

PROPERTY DETAILS
This property is very spacious comes fully stocked with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. Amenities begin with parking for up to 8 cars. There is a large private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), tiki-bar and outdoor shower. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. There are large decks with beautiful views located throughout the property. The 1st floor den includes toys, games and a wet bar for your family to gather and enjoy. The 2nd floor hosts the main living area, kitchen, pantry and it includes a screened in porch and quick access to the pool. The kitchen is stocked well for large families and includes two dishwashers for your convenience.
To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grill. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your party to utilize at your leisure. The elevator goes to all floors. An EV charger is also available for use.
All Stellar Beach rentals include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry to make the check in and check out process effortless!
One four-seater street legal golf cart will be included for all stays checking in on May 18th, and checking out on September 7th 2024.

BEDDING & BATH CONFIGURATIONS
First Floor:
Room 1: King with private bath.
Room 2: (2) Sets of Twin Bunk Beds with full bath in hallway.
Room 3: Queen with private bath.
Room 4: Queen with private bath.
Second Floor:
Room 5: King with private bath.
Room 6: Queen with bath that connects to hallway. (This bath can be made private by locking interior hallway door).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Pool heating is an additional $100 per night with a 3 night minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not permitted for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.
Pets are not allowed at this property.
Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30.
Smoking is not permitted at any Stellar Beach Property inside or outside. if caught smoking on the premises you will incur a fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.
Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!
We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.
