The condominium association has scheduled exterior building improvement work during portions of the upcoming season from August 3, 2026- February 5th, 2027. While construction is not currently planned directly on this unit, guests should expect construction-related activity elsewhere on the property.
Work may include: Construction noise during daytime hours, Workers and construction equipment on-site, Occasional dust in common areas, Periodic use of power tools and other construction equipment.

Because construction schedules are weather-dependent and subject to change, the level of noise and disruption may vary from day to day.

The kitchen has all the essentials, including a dual coffee maker (drip and pod), toaster, blender, cookware, knife set, etc.

The master bedroom boasts ocean views, a King-sized bed, a TV, access to the private balcony, and a renovated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom includes two Full-size beds, a Smart TV, a dresser, and a closet. The second bathroom is also renovated with a shower/tub combo.

Take advantage of the beach and pool right outside your back patio or enjoy Fernandina Beach Historic District just a short drive away. Whether you want to relax on the beach, explore the nearby nature trails, or simply spend some quality time with your family, Amelia South F1 Condo has it all.

Fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper (1) per bathroom, paper towels (1), trash bags and a sponge)
