Roomy Condo with a Great View

Itā€™s our second time staying at this condo and it was just as good as the first time. The condo is clean, has everything you need and is nicely decorated. The view is wonderful! Check-in was easy. Hopefully we can stay again in the future.

Very nice!

Really can not beat the beachfront, especially for the price. Hard to complain about some rust and bugs, thatā€™s just Hawaii. Amazing view, convenient location. Roadside rooms are very loud though, not much can be done about that though. Third time staying in this complex, would absolutely stay in this unit again!

Fantastic location & ocean views

Great location, lovely view

Loved listening to the waves as I slept. 10 minutes south of the middle of town, and easy to get to and from. BIG kitchen, so it was easy to cook for ourselves. Definitely a good location for a family!

Very lovely vacation condo

This lovely condo is on the beach, in good condition with 3 bedrooms big kitchen, living room & impressive balcony with easy access to local town. Two homeless people slept in front of our front door at midnight one night over night ā€¦ however our host immediately corrected this for the remaining nights. Scott

Amazing Kona Beachfront Location

We loved our stay in this unit. We loved the view and the sound of the surf. Everything in the unit was higher end. The kitchen was well stocked and nice. Lots of room for our family of five.

Best location!

What a beautiful spot to be at literally near everything Kona! The condo had extras for us to use, snorkel gear and a boogie board! It was so great! Clean and right on the water! I guess itā€™s a local spot for surfing so it was amazing waking up and hearing the ocean and watching surfing pretty much all day! We loved every minute!

Stunning view

We absolutely loved this property! Incredible views, watching the surfers at Banyan, sweet little white beach, walking distance to white sands, all around great stay! There is noticeable water damage around the doors and windows but it did not deter from the great property. The size is awesome!

In front of a surf break

Loved the location. It was a fun place to watch people surf. For the price, we enjoyed it and would book it again. We just really wish they had some basic pantry items and an outdoor shower so we could rinse before we entered the unit.

Amazing Views and Ocean Sounds

Our family stayed here for a week with my in-laws and our teenage son. We really enjoyed our stay here at Kona Bali Kai. The condo was fully equipment with everything we needed. The views and ocean sounds were absolutely stunning and amazing. We loved waking up each morning enjoying a cup of coffee on the Lani and watching the surfers. The sunsets are breath taking right from the lani or private beach. We would stay here again! Clean and tidy.

Canā€™t beat the view

Perfect location! We loved sitting out on the balcony every morning and evening literally with the ocean right in front of us! And at night the sound of the waves was the best noise machine! Everything was very clean, and checking in and out was super easy. Instructions for everything were very clear and there was no hassle with anything. Couldnā€™t have asked for a better place to stay!

Great true waterfront

Nice waterfront condo. It was great to sleep with ocean waves in master bedroom. Other 2 bedrooms are looking at the Ali dr, so it might be noisy at night. But you canā€™t really beat the location. Morning coffee and dinner time at lanai weā€™re the best!

Overall good stay. We never got a key to the pool and no one I called took care of it. Ad claimed the beach is private to the property, it's anything but. Still, the view was awesome and we enjoyed our stay

If this condo were any closer it would be in the water. Beautiful views of the surfers and magnificent sunsets. The condo had everything we needed for five adults and the management was fantastic. Got a call that the condo was ready for early check-in and got a call the next day just checking to see if everything was ok. Highly recommend this condo.

Comfortable apartment that has all necessary amenities, needs some TLC for windows and doors to make them easy to open/close and for sound proofing. It's great to have such a nice view of the ocean, but the close proximity means the apartment is quite loud when the doors and windows are open. Communication with company was prompt and efficient, and we used the excursion service which saved a lot of time and hassle.

Beautiful Location

The unit is perfectly situated and only 20 mins from the airport. Facing the shore with a small quiet beach, the waves were the background music! We had a small issue with the unit on the first day but David looked after it right away. The beds and linens were great and we had a great supply of bathroom towels as well as newer beach towels. The kitchen is large and well stocked and the lanai was the best! Many meals enjoyed from mornings to the glorious sunsets. We even spotted whales and turtles.

Overall fine. Can't beat the view or the location! Be prepared to purchase even the basic condiments if you plan on cooking. Nothing provided other than coffee filters, a couple days worth of dishwasher detergent, a roll of paper towels, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

Really nice condo, location and neighbors

All was really good but condo management didnā€™t notified us that the lanai above ours was remodeled during our stay. For 3 days, the lanai was unusable, noise, dust and dirty water falling from above. We just got a ā€œsorry for the inconvenience, we didnā€™t know this was happening ā€œ.

Amazing view

We felts like we won the condo lottery with this stay. Never have we been so close to the ocean without getting in. The waves crashing right outside. Our whole family enjoyed many meals out on the balcony watching all the local surfers. Itā€™s proximity to everything was great. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and sleeping with the waves crashing right outside was more than dreamy. We stayed with our family of 6 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with all of our needs. There was a closet full of beach umbrellas, snorkel gear and beach chairs for our use. This condo truly set us up for a vacation we will never forget.
