*The unit is self-catering so guests should plan to provide their own toiletries, detergents and cleaning supplies. A starter kit of 2 trash bags, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, basic hand soap, and 1 roll of paper towels is supplied, but not replenished.

Great location and price for being on the beach!! Plenty of items in the kitchen for our stay and love being able to do laundry too! Plenty of space for the four us. Great places nearby the walk to.

Pros: host is quick to respond, great view.......Cons: Thorough cleaning doesn't seem to ever occur here at all.. Floors, ceiling fans etc. ( not cleaned in probably months) Refrigerator was emptied but not cleaned. Balcony has exposed nails. Sliding door very very hard to open. I used the one quarter sized bar of soap they supplied to coat the rails to make it work. Sliding door doesn't lock. Air vent in the hall way puts out a smell like mold. It's clear they do not take pride in taking care of things on this unit... However they certainly charge like they do.

Thank you for your review. The unit is cleaned in between every guest and we would have liked to hear upon your arrival if you were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the unit and we could have had our cleaners address any areas of concern.

Perfect location!

The condo is nice in an excellent location, beautiful beach and pool, with a bonus of an elevator! Perfect for us three seniors! Nice condo, but is lacking in a couple of things to make one comfortable while watching TV or sleeping. A couple of nice throws in living room and maybe a couple of blankets in bedrooms would help, there was nothing. In the kitchen we had to buy sponges, dish clothes and dish towels. There were worn out sponges and a filthy brush scrubber as well as watered down Dawn dish liquid when we arrived. These are small things, but still necessities that we shouldn't have had to deal with. Its a great place to stay, enjoy!

Amazing condo stay

We really enjoyed it and will definitely be back. Beautiful place and amazing view. It's close to a lot of restaurants and attractions.

Our condo was perfect: clean, had incredible views of the ocean, and was well equipped with all kinds of cooking supplies. Ample room for myself and my son and granddaughter. My one time of contacting management resulted in a swift response and solution to a minor issue. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, we had our own elevator: my granddaughter loved that feature. Planning to return again soon and rent from this owner.

This was a beautiful place to stay. I can't wait to go there again after this pandemic is over. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay here. The beach was so close and easy to get to along with the grocery store and several restaurants. We even got to meet some of the owners of the other units at the pool who were super nice and friendly.

Nice location

The condo is in a very nice, easy access location. The condo is a nice size for a family, but definitely could use some updates to all furniture, and the condo in general.

Perfect spot

Great spot to be in! Within walking distance of restaurants and ice cream. Right on the beach! Pool was never packed. Only downside was parking was tight in the marked spots and the bathroom in the main room smelled after a few days due to drainage. Overall would still recommend as you could park in the guest parking!!

The area, beach and restaurants are great. Pool is nice and heated. The condo needs updates especially the furniture, very uncomfortable, and bathrooms. Kitchen dishes are sparse.

the condo was super clean and loved the elevator and the closeness to the water. The view was amazing especially the sunsets. The condo was well stocked with everything we could need except a beach umbrella would've been nice. We did rent a beach package thru xplorie which was easy to use and convenient. the location is great, too, easy drive to and from the airport. Could not have been happier except maybe the matresses in both bedrooms could've been more comfortable and the master bathroom could use a remodel but it's not a dealbreaker by any means. We talked about visiting again next year!

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed this spacious condo. The private elevator was excellent; we used it every day. The designated parking spot was much appreciated. We complied with the request to leave the a/c at 72 degrees, but would have liked it lower. The noise from other units was disturbing, but understandable. The kitchen was adequately furnished; guest bathroom was very nice.
