This was our 2nd time renting this unit. It is always very clean and stocked well with towels and the small conveniences to get started for the week like soap,paper towels, toilet paper. We enjoy the quick and easy beach and pool access. It was a nice quiet place to stay, relax and enjoy and couple weeks of fun in the sun.

Reviewer Comments: We always book with Brooks and Shorey and we have stayed in 3 different condos and they were beautiful, super clean, looking at the beautiful emeral green ocean and the white sand was amazing. We loved all the restaurants that’s close by and we couldn’t have asked for for a perfect stay and the Sugary Sands was gorgeous, if you rent , you won’t be disappointed 🏖️☀️🌊

Family vacation at summerlin condos

Family Vacation

We had a wonderfully trip. The condo was great. We were a little hesitant about the first floor, but it was great. You still have a beach view and we saw dolphins from our balcony. We would definitely recommend.

The condo was beautiful exactly like the pictures. One small maintenance issue and they were immediately there to fix it. Location can’t be beat. We definitely will be returning!

Girls Beach Trip

We loved the condo but there were a few items I would definitely update being the cookware and living room sofa and love seat. The hide-a-bed was horrible. This condo is at a great location and the condo itself was great. We didn't let uncomfortable living room furniture slow us down. I would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends.

Perfect spot for Gulf vacation

This is a corner condo with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. When we arrived, you could smell that the room had just been cleaned. It is really like a home away from home. The owner has some beach toys, chairs, and a small cooler that were really helpful when we went to the beach for the day. The beach is just a few steps away from the room. We plan to stay again.

Early summer vacation

The pictures in the listing were accurate. Everything we needed was supplied for the kitchen. It was a end condo so we had extra windows for viewing the beach which was nice ! My only suggestion would be to replace or fix the outdoor balcony chairs. They are made of pvc pipe and one of the pipes broke while my daughter was sitting in it. Other than that the stay was excellent ! I will definitely consider Summerlin when I’m the destin area again !!

Wonderful stay!

We’ve found our favorite beach home at Summerlin! This complex was nice and small which our family needed. Our son has special needs so we didn’t want a huge place. Unit 101 was perfect for our family of four! Could not believe how big it was. The view was amazing. The description and pictures were completely accurate. No surprises at all. If I had any recommendations it would just be to change some things to make it more kid friendly (light fixture over the kitchen table, some decor) I’d also love a Keurig! However, those are minor suggestions. We are already planning on returning! Had a wonderful time!

Love Summerlin in the summer!!!!!

There are few units, the beaches are not crowded and the property is great. Beach chairs and an umbrella are set up daily...I've returned to this location three times in the last decade and it's a great place to stay!
