Be our next guest in our beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated 1100 sq/ft home.
Enjoy the outdoor HOT TUB, BBQ, and dining on either of the two decks.
Sleeps 4 to 5 guests comfortably. Accommodates 6.

We are conveniently located within 5 to 10 minutes to shops, dining, the Rogue River, The Hellgate River Excursions, and the Grower's market! We recently upgraded all the beds. One King, one Double, and an extra long single with an extra long single trundle. We are on the same property. We respect your privacy. However, we are happy and available to help answer any questions.
If you are here during our seasonal veggie grows (tomatoes, herbs and more), you are most welcome to harvest what you need during your stay! We also have fruits trees and thornless berries!!

We use VRBO 3 times a year in the Grants pass vicinity. This unit is, by far the best Vebo experience we have ever enjoyed -anywhere. The hosts are the best ever with every attention to detail. It is a great experience!

Supreme VRBO Stay

This stay was superior to any other stay I have had. The hosts were responsive and everything matched the description. In addition, there were all the bathroom, laundry and kitchen amenities that made this stay exceptional! Laura provided bagels, pastries, fresh fruit, eggs, butter, cream and coffee.That is just the fresh stuff! The kitchen I has every appliance and dish that you could need. I described this home and experience to the big group of people I was visiting and no one else had ever had a stay as good as this one. There are plenty of towels, for the bathroom and the hot tub. The beds were comfortable. when I return to Grants Pass!plenty of seating.

The best

This home and property are so beautifully decorated and maintained. Also extremely comfortable, clean and well stocked. These hosts understand hospitality better than any others. We felt welcomed and well cared for.

Cozy and Comfortable

Great for a weekend getaway!

My friends and I had a lovely time staying on the property. Lisa and Steve were very communicative during our stay, the property was clean, and the house contained everything we may have needed for our stay. I would note that the next door neighbors were playing music relatively loud into the night, which could be heard in house at times. However, this was not an overall issue and we still were able to enjoy our time in the hot tub and on the patios!

Girlfriends Gathering

This home was warm and very inviting. Extra amenities were a nice surprise which made the stay extra comfortable. We came during rain pours which didn’t stop us from using the outside jacuzzi. Lovely property too!

Beautiful property and quiet

We loved the property. The house was very nice. It was clean and met on of the owners and he was very nice. They said if we needed anything to let them know and they would get it. I would definitely go back

Awesome place to stay!

This house was great for us and we loved everything about it! Being able to have our dog with us and Laura and Steve have put a lot of thought and care into this place. Laura made sure we had some breakfast food essentials which was super appreciated and way unexpected! You can tell there was a lot of care and thought put into the house and we loved how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking supplies. We prefer to cook in instead of cook out and it was fully stocked with any cooking utensils, pots and pans, ect. Laura was super responsive to any questions or needs. This has been one of the best vrbos we have ever stayed in and will most definetly come back for future stays. Thank you for such a great experience!

Cute single wide

It's a very nice house for a small family. We had 2 adults, 2 kids, and 2 large dogs for a couple nights and it was perfect. The owners were very nice, responsive, and great hosts. We would stay there again if it's available on our next trip to Grants Pass.

The space perfectly accommodated 4 adults and 2 kids. Great location close to town but also felt secluded. Cute gardens around the house.

My family of five stayed at this property in Grants Pass for about a week earlier this month. We had an amazing time exploring southern Oregon and loved coming "home" to this very welcoming property. There were a lot of extra amenities that we were not expecting, such as extra groceries, board games and even an outdoor pet cat (which my daughters especially loved). The hosts were helpful, the beds were comfortable and the location was awesome. If we ever come back this way, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for everything!

We loved this place!

The property was as described, and more. It was easy to find, and not that far from the center of town. The neighborhood was quiet, but there is some traffic noise as it is a corner lot. It was very well stocked, with just about everything we needed. The kitchen had lots of dishes, utensils, condiments, coffee, tea, etc. There were plenty of thick towels in the bathroom, and some for use in the hot tub. There was even a flashlight for use to in the evening to go to the hot tub! The furnishings and decor were very nice, but the couches weren't super comfy. (Something I have noticed at all VRBO's!) There was a lot of thought and effort put into this place. It was perfect for me and my dad, and we plan to stay there again.

Perfectly cozy stay

The owners go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect! The house was very very well stocked and the added touch of grocery staples was amazing. Check in and check out we’re so very easy, and made our stay even more relaxing. Would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in Grants Pass!

Family gathering

Yes, very cozy and cheerful! This clean, comfortable home was perfect for my sibblings visiting family in Grants Pass. Owners of the home took special care to provide beverages and lovely items for breakfast. They were very attentive, quick to answer questions and provide information. We hope to have family or friends stay at this home in the future.

We love, rural living! With Mountains, beautiful Trees, an acre to stretch and the best tasting Well water…all while having the luxury of being close to town, shopping, and restaurants!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love getting our hands dirty and enjoy watching our landscaping and gardens grow and develop. We continually add to them every year. We also enjoy our seasonal vegetable and herb gardens…we grow an abundance and love to share them with our guests. There are also fruit trees (pears, cherries, apples, plums, nectarines) and thornless berries!
