LIVING ROOM:

Both of the living rooms are surrounded by views of the Purcell mountains and lush greenery with plenty of natural light. When the wintery nights land, enjoy the cozy vibes of the fireplace while catching up on your latest episodes on the large Smart TV. The top-level living room grants access to the outdoor dining set and BBQ. The basement living room has a queen-sized pullout, endless board games, and access to the hot tub.



KITCHEN:

This fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook even the largest meals. The large island includes a sit-up bar with seating for three and a dining table with seating for eight.

Each bedroom has been expertly decorated, making it perfect for relaxing and getting an incredible night’s sleep.

Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed, walk-in closet, private balcony, ensuite with double sinks and stand-up glass shower.

PATIO:

Enjoy your private backyard space complete with an 8-person dining set, BBQ (propane`s on us!) and a hot tub.



LAUNDRY:

A washer and dryer are available for your use. We keep the laundry room stocked with laundry pods and bounce sheets you can use.



PARKING

You will have access to the garage and driveway during your stay for up to two vehicles. Please note that these spots are extremely limited, so we recommend carpooling as much as possible. Additionally, note that the parking of trailers is prohibited in the complex. If you require trailer parking, please contact us prior to booking.

Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

Nestled between the famed Rocky and Purcell Mountain ranges, this small town is the perfect vacation destination for any time of year on stunning Lake Windemere. The summers here offer endless water sports options, hiking, and exciting mountain adventures. In contrast, the winter provides every kind of winter sport you could imagine, from skiing to boarding and even heliskiing. There’s also a diverse and delicious array of restaurants, spas, and other attractions to satisfy any traveler.

ā— Incredible golfing amongst the mountains: If golfing is your game or even if you think you’d like to try your hand at swinging the clubs, there’s truly no better place than Invermere. When you stay with us, you’ll be close to some of Canada’s most renowned courses, such as Copper Point Golf Club, Eagle Ranch Resort and famed Grey Wolf Golf Club, all within a short driving distance.



ā— Kinsmen Beach (2 mins): Plan a beach day at this beautiful outdoor space, where you can swim, paddle or boat surrounded by the mountains. There’s also space to picnic and burn off some energy at the children’s playground. Plenty of parking is available.



ā— The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at the Invermere Farmer’s market.



ā— Radium Hot Springs (17 mins): In less than 20 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs. Here you can plan to head over with the family and experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.



ā— The Whiteway (2 mins): If you’re visiting during the winter, do not miss out on experiencing The Whiteway - a 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Windermere Beach and Kinsmen Beach.



You can walk to downtown Invermere in a few minutes and be around some of the best restaurants in the Valley!



The location is walkable to the area`s top amenities, but a car is recommended to explore the full Valley.

The location of the condo is fantastic! It was a very short walk to the beach and we loved having beach chairs and a wagon to use. 10/10 for cleanliness and the condo was stocked with everything we could have needed. We appreciated all of the high end appliances. The view from the decks are stunning. We loved the lower deck with the hot tub and large seating area. We will be booking again!

This is our second year coming here, and we already can’t wait to come back again next summer. This place has become so special to us and is perfect for a quiet family getaway. Peaceful summer nights with views of the lake can’t be beaten. It’s also the little things that make this property feel like a home: a pack-and-play, kids’ toys, plenty of dishes and seasonings, bandages, and more. Truly, nothing has been overlooked. Everything has been made easy and stress-free for us! Already looking forward to our next stay.

Beautiful condo!

Golfing group stayed for 3 nights, beautiful unit. The condo had everything needed and more and it was furnished impeccably! The hot tub was great after our golf rounds. Thank you for making the process and stay seamless!

Peaceful family getaway

We were so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay at this property. The hosts went above and beyond to provide a home like atmosphere for our stay. The fully stacked kitchen , mats and games galore made this the perfect place to bring our family. We loved spending mornings on one of the three decks looking at the beautiful view, bbq’s for lunch and nights in the hot tub. We didn’t use our vehicles once as the town and beach were just around the corner. Cannot wait to come back again!

Mom's Getaway

This condo was top of the line. From the hair dryer to the dishes and decor, we felt like we were in a mini oasis while staying in Invermere for a 3 night getaway. The location is perfect for walking to downtown and the lake which made our stay very convenient.
