Max occupancy: 20 overnight guests, 25 people on property at any time
Low-season special: Just $500/night (Mon–Wed in off-season, excluding holidays)
Summer peak: $700–800/night (July 4th weekend: $1,100/night)
Check-in: 5:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM (no exceptions during summer)

Important Rules:

No pets (no exceptions)
No weddings, large events (over 25 people), or over-occupancy parties
No ATVs, dirt bikes, or off-road vehicles allowed
Minimum rental age: 25
Boat mooring is acceptable, but cannot load or unload boats on property.
