The space
I have put my heart and soul into my home so that I may be able to share it with my guests. The entire second floor of my home is completely devoted to you and completely private.

You will have the whole second floor to yourself. I would call it an apartment but I do not have a stove. I do, however. have a microwave!

My home was built in 1948 so the ceiling heights are seven feet tall. Parts of the second floor ceilings are sloped like a loft. This adds to the character and charm. It is absolutely adorable!

Note: It may be challenging for those 6 feet and taller.

There are 11 stairs to the second level. The stairs may appear a little steep. My home is filled with 1940s charm. The size of the treads were smaller back in the day so if you require a grand staircase then this unique space would not suite your expectations.

There is a full bathroom with average height ceilings, a standard shower stall. It is not grand but it does the trick!

You'll have a coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave and a 3.5 Cu.Ft compact mini fridge with a small freezer that includes removable shelves and vegetable drawer.

Utensils, (silver & plastic) can opener, bottle opener, wine opener, scissors, carving knife, plates, bowls, mixing bowl, measuring cups, coffee mugs, glasses, wine glasses as well as plastic cups, paper plates, paper towels, and napkins.

Included in your stay is complimentary coffee and/or tea, cream, sugar, and bottle water.

I also offer beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler FREE to use so you can pack a little lighter for your vacation!
