Come enjoy the weather and watching the sunsets from the heated pool in this updated western exposure 3 bedroom plus den/office, 2 bathroom villa. If you have a dog that you want to bring with (that is 20lbs and under and low/minimal shedding) please contact us before you book to make sure it's okay as we do have some extra rules for that and so we can make sure we can get the house set up for you.

The home is centered in the highly desirable Pelican area of Cape Coral off of Surfside and Gleason Pkwy close to grocery stores, restaurants, walking and biking paths. It is close to anything you could want or need, but also located on a street that surrounded by canals to keep traffic and noise down. Triple sliding doors to the lanai open the indoors to the outdoors to enjoy the ultimate South West Florida experience and keep the house very nice and light. The vinyl privacy fence with gates provides privacy as you enjoy the pool, or a meal out on the lanai in the afternoon sun.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a large walk shower, king bed, and sliding doors out to the pool area with a screen enclosure to keep the bugs away. One guest room has a queen mattress, and the other has two single beds, one with a trundle that can be pulled out. There is also a pack and play at the house for any small children that visit. The guest bathroom has a tub as well as a door that goes out to the pool area. The den is set up with a desk and printer so if you find yourself needing to do some work you will have a nice retreat to do that.

We have set up the kitchen with all the things that we use at home, including spices. There is a highchair seat for young children. The open concept kitchen allows for one to be preparing a meal and conversing with people who are sitting on the couch and love seat in the living area or people sitting at the table. The house has been updated with new luxury vinyl flooring, decorative ceilings, wood cabinets, granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, hood vent, new bathroom vanities, tiled showers, LED recessed lighting, new ceiling fans, his and her walk in closets in the master bedroom, new paint inside and out, stamped concrete around pool and walkway, along with an irrigation system and updated landscaping to welcome you.

Other features include washer and dryer and a gas grill. Free high speed internet and 3 smart TV's to stream your favorite shows (we do not have cable TV at the house).
