Farmhouse in the country but close to the beach

You will be close to everything you need but feel like you're in the country when you stay at our fully renovated farmhouse. The beach is only 13 minutes and you can drop your boat in the intracoastal in about 10.

It is very quiet and you will truly feel as if you're in the country. The neighbors have cows and at night you can here coyotes howling. Don't worry, they never come close enough to be seen. The pond is brackish water, fed by the intracoastal , and has fish in it. Mostly baby tarpon but some bass and bream as well.

You'll see birds in the pond and the large oak tree has raccoons and at least one possum that likes to come out at night. We haven't seen any snakes or alligators, so don't worry about that.

Grocery stores, fast food and other businesses are 1 mile away. The Flagler Avenue shopping, dining and nightlife district is only 10 minutes away.

Daytona Beach and the speedway are 20 minutes north and Orlando is less than an hour southwest.

We are also a wedding venue that can host 200 guests.

The house was fully renovated (2022) and sits on 2.5 fenced in acres with a fish pond. Outside there is a with a gas grill, and there is more parking than you would ever need. There's even room to park a boat or trailer.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Three of the bedrooms are master suites with their own bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is set up as an office with a day bed and the fourth bathroom is just outside this bedroom. The main master bedroom has an extra large shower and a deep tub for soaking.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need if you choose to cook at home and can seat 4 at the island. The dining room has a farmhouse dining table that seats 8. Coffee maker, toaster, Insta-pot, slow cooker, blenders and all of the kitchen gadgets you need are there.

The family room is open to the kitchen with a large L-shaped couch, huge TV and wood burning fireplace. The laundry room has new, extra large washer and dryer.

The 2 car garage will probably have one of our cars and the side-by-side in it, but if it happens to be empty when you're here you can use it.

There is plenty of room to park a boat or trailer on site.

You will have access to the entire house and property.

Other things to note
The pond is not fenced so children should be watched at all times.

This is not a walkable neighborhood so you will drive wherever you go. Uber is very readily available and parking is usually not an issue anywhere in New Smyrna Beach except at peak times during the vrey busy season.

This is our home, not an investment property. We decided to rent it out occaionally because we travel a lot and it's empty most of the tims. Please treat it the way that you would want your home to be treated.
