Stunning views! Private 3 bedroom OCEANFRONT home with small pool

Welcome to Casa Marr. This recently renovated oceanfront casa sits on a rock cliff overlooking the Pacific. Featuring three air-conditioned bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens, and a small pool. Around the house you will find art from different parts of Mexico and foraged ocean treasures from the beach below. Feel the salty air and hear the crashing waves. Say goodbye to the outside world and soak in the calm. The perfect place for your family vacation! From Nov till Mar you can regularly see humpback whale jumping out of the water. Never gets old!!

Totally remodeled in mid 2023. Everything is still brand new: beds, sheets, towels, kitchens, appliances, bathrooms, pool etc etc :)

*** Heated pool is 200 pesos per day if you want it on. Please let us know ahead of time so we can turn it on before your arrival. We can take care of the extra charges while you are here.

*** Casa Marr accommodates up to 6 people max, two per room.

*** This house sits on top of a cliff. There is no gate between the house and cliff. If you are bringing children or pets please use extreme caution

*** Because the house is on top of a cliff there is no beach access from the house. Its just a short 3 minute walk down the street you get to the nicest beach in the whole area. We provide beach towels, folding chairs, umbrella, small cooler and a wagon to haul it all down to the beach

*** We do allow one dog free of charge as long as the dog is well behaved and does not jump on furniture and beds :)

Upon entering the property you will find yourself in a tranquil courtyard protected from the ocean wind. A great place to relax if the winds are high and there is also a charcoal bbq station that you are more than welcome to use. Around the other side of the house, the ocean side, is the pool, hammock and a grass area. Between all these spaces you can choose full sun or retreat to the shade.

The first floor of the casa has two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other room has a double bed. There are two full bathrooms, a small but complete kitchen and a spacious living/dining area. The living room has a comfy day bed and a big flat screen TV. The colorful kitchen is equipped to make almost any meal; fridge, 4 burner gas stove top, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, electric tea kettle, microwave and all the plates/cups/utensils you need. We provide drinking water, our favorite Mexican coffee from Chiapas, salt, pepper and a couple other basics to get you started.

On the second floor you will enter the master suite with the best views. It has its own private entrance and balcony. Its one great room that serves as a living/dining room and sleeping area. Enjoy the king sized bed with quality cotton linens and a Oaxacan bedspread. The spacious bathroom has a oversized rain shower and small closet. Almost forgot the master suite has its own kitchen, thats right the 2nd kitchen. Full size fridge, 4 burner gas stove/oven, blender, coffee machine and more. This kitchen is screened on one side, so it feels like an open air kitchen and has a small herb garden with basil, rosemary and mint.

We live down the street and are always available to help you with any issues, help with recommendation or set up some activities. We are very friendly but also highly respect your privacy. Most of our guests end up as friends!
