Your stay features one spacious bedroom with a comfortable king bed. Open floor plan living area with queen sleeper couch. Fully equipped kitchen and brand-new stainless appliances..And quartz countertops..Home also features a covered car port..With ring exterior security cameras.
Guest access
Guest will have private access to the entire guest home.
Other things to note
We provide linens, towels, starter rolls of paper towels and toilet paper for your arrival.

Long term stay is preferred, 2night minimum required.

This guest house is conveniently located in the middle of Estero, FL close to shopping and dining. Area offers countless bars and restaurants for your evening fun.

House Rules:
-No smoking, no parties, no more than 4 adults, no spring break rentals. You must be at least 30 years old to stay. No commercial vehicles, no recreational vehicles, (boats, jetskis, Motor homes, RV's, etc.)

Pets Allowed:
-1 small dog is welcome under 30 lbs . $100.00 pet fee.

You will be provided a code for the digital front door lock, so you can let yourself inside.

Host is on the property, and we would love to meet you, but we also respect your privacy. We are happy to assist with any questions or concerns during your stay.
