Tucked away on a quiet, safe, dead-end street, our tiny home is perfectly located just minutes from Hertz Arena, Florida Gulf Coast Town Center, Miromar Outlets, Coconut Point, FGCU, and a variety of great restaurants. Bonita Beach is only a 15–20 minute drive away — close enough for sunset walks by the ocean.

The fully fenced yard is spacious and secure, with an electronic lock for peace of mind — and it’s perfect if you’re traveling with a furry friend. Relax under the mulberry tree, which bears sweet berries in late spring and summer, or gather around the pea gravel fire pit on cooler evenings for s’mores and stargazing.

Built to order in 2024, the Zen Container has all-new appliances, including a combination microwave/oven unit, a two-burner stovetop, and a full-size refrigerator — everything you need for a comfortable stay. Laundry at your fingerstips with a washer/dryer combo unit.

The bedroom features hand-painted, wabi-sabi–inspired limewash walls, a cozy queen bed, a full-length mirror, and a small desk area ideal for remote work. Pocket doors open to a roomy closet and a full bathroom with plenty of storage, an anti-fog lighted mirror, and a luxurious rain shower.

The open-concept living and kitchen area has a high-top table for dining or working, and a comfy couch that easily converts into a queen-size bed — perfect for accommodating up to two guests. Enjoy your favorite shows on the 75-inch TV when you’re ready to wind down.
