The garage is stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach, including beach chairs, a beach wagon, four bikes and a 6-seater golf cart.

Pets are welcome with a $250 non-refundable pet fee per dog, with a maximum of two dogs.
** Important Rental Requirements **
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property for the entire rental period.
** NOTE: Spring Break — March & April:
For reservations during March or April, at least one parent or legal guardian age 25 or older must be present and staying at the property for every three guests between the ages of 15 and 24. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges.

Once the initial starter supply has been used, guests are responsible for replenishing any additional items needed during their stay.
** Accidental Damage Protection **
Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan covering accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000.
All incidents must be reported immediately. The plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damage caused by pets.
** Important Before Arrival **
All guests are required to complete a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation At Its Finest and provide a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, for age and identity verification.
Because Cabana Banana includes a 6-seater golf cart, guests must also complete a Golf Cart Addendum.
The minimum age to operate the golf cart is 21 years old, and a valid driver's license is required. No exceptions.
