Hello Pam, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. I did want to follow up with the steps going to the basement because they have been finished now. Also, there is a golf cart available for rent to make the walk accessible to those that are not able to walk very far. I’m so glad you enjoyed your time there and hope to host you again soon!

Hello William, thank you for your feedback! Again, I’m sorry about the icemaker, the previous guest broke it and did not let us know, so we were not aware until the cleaner went to clean the property and reported it. The icemaker was turned off but somehow it got turned back on? We have since gotten a new icemaker bin and have replaced it so thankfully, that’s no longer an issue. The carbon monoxide detector downstairs was removed and replaced with a regular smoke alarm and we put in a plug-in carbon monoxide detector and we have not having any further issues with any of the smoke alarms. We did offer to come out right away, but you said no, since it was 10 or 11 PM at night so I told you my husband would come in the morning. I’m not sure how else we could’ve handled that situation. Thankfully, it has been resolved and should not be an issue any longer. I’m sorry for your inconvenience!
