A new 4 bedroom 3 bath beachfront home with infinity pool
Welcome to Paradise Beach House, newly completed in 2024! Enter our beautiful, modern beach house and immediately take in the breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. A wall of windows opens up to a screened in porch and beautiful, heated infinity pool. Surrounding the pool, relax on the large deck with the sounds of the ocean or a premium sound system. Steps down leads directly to Bita Bay beach.
Inside, enjoy a spacious open floor plan, modern, equipped kitchen with large island and quartzite countertops. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms include 2 master suites with king beds and large upgraded bathrooms. Bedroom 3-queen, bedroom 4- 2 twins. All bedrooms have TV.
Snorkel on the reef directly in front of the house. Paradise Beach House is centrally located on Green Turtle Cay.

Amazing stay!

We had a great time at Paradise House! Evan and Michelle were excellent with lots of recommendations and helped with any questions before travel. The house manager, Jennie and her husband were also very helpful and accommodating. Overall 10/10!

Best View

Everything from the moment we arrived went so well. The house keeper reached out before the trip and communicated whenever needed. They made sure we were taken care of when departing the island also. The house is beautiful and very clean. Love the pool and the view!! Absolutely going back

Absolutely Paradise

This house is new, well laid out, on a beautiful beach, with a great deck and pool. My neighbor has already reserved it for two weeks during the summer. It has a great Sonos sound system both indoors and out. If you stay here you may never want to leave.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house was beautiful and it had everything you would need! The views were breathtaking and the pool was definitely a plus! We have 4 kids and they used the pool everyday. Each room was fully stocked and had plenty of extras (towels, blankets, sheets, etc). We would highly recommend this property and we hope to be back soon to visit! The property owner was very accessible and the caretaker of the house was super helpful with anything that we needed or any questions that we had!

Truly Paradise

Very lovely stay. Gorgeous home with amazing views of Bita Bay and ability to swim/snorkel in the calmer waters. Everyone was immediately blown away when walking through the front door. Kitchen was great to cook in to prepare meals for the family. The pool overlooking the ocean is amazing. Perfect stay on Green Turtle.

Amazing home!

This was our third time to the Abacos. This house was absolutely beautiful. We didn’t want to leave. The view was incredible as was the accommodations. We loved the open floor plan. Communication with the owners was perfect. The caretakers had to reach out to us to make sure everything was good because we didn’t need anything! We love Green Turtle because it’s so peaceful and quiet. This house was like no other we’ve stayed in down there and we definitely want to go back! I would like to keep this place my secret :).

Absolutely Incredible Stay – Even Better Than the Photos!

We had a fantastic stay!! The pictures and description were great, but the house was even better in person. We had a group of 8 and found there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable.The property was well-equipped with everything we needed — a washing machine, a beautiful infinity pool, and an oceanfront beach that made snorkeling and swimming super easy and fun. We also enjoyed being able to grill meals and relax by the water. The location is really convenient, perfectly situated between Green Turtle Club and New Plymouth.Michelle and Evan were excellent hosts with great communication. They answered all of our questions before and during the trip and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The house manager, Jennie, and her husband were also extremely helpful. When a friend of ours lost her bag, Jennie helped coordinate with the ferry to make sure it got back to us which we really appreciated.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again! Couldn't recommend more!

Paradise Beach House is one of the best rental homes we’ve ever stayed in. Factoring in location and the beach and reef mere steps and paddles from the house, I’d say this was the best tropical vacation we’ve ever had!Upon arrival our first day, we jumped right into the ocean to snorkel, and it was absolutely gorgeous down there – so many colorful fish and other sea wildlife. It was our favorite off-the-shore snorkeling site at GTC, and how convenient to have it in your “backyard.” Before reaching the reef, there’s a nice, soft sand area for those that just want to take a dip. My family loved the house, beach and pool so much, our routine turned into playing around the Cay for half the day, and then just hanging out at the house to snorkel and relax at the pool in the afternoon. The back patio and deck were a perfect spot to read and take in the view. And the interior of the house was beautiful – it looks newly built. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home, with some amazing views for the cook. :)We love Green Turtle Cay’s charm, and we definitely plan to book another stay at Paradise Beach House – hopefully next summer!

Book it

We have visited Green Turtle every year for the last 10 years and have stayed in a different house for various reasons, but we will be staying at this house again. There was plenty of room for our entire family. Never feeling crowded. This house has everything you would need including the nicest pool on the island. The beach out back is great for snorkeling. It's protected by a barrier island so if it's a little bit rough in the ocean this little cove is more calm. It's very nice for a family with smaller children. The house manager was very accommodating and always there to help from your arrival until departure. The owners are also very helpful and accommodating should you need extra assistance. if you choose to book you will not regret it. Thank you Evan and Michelle for sharing your amazing house with us.

Paradise!!!

We recently stayed at this incredible home on Green Turtle and it was an unforgettable experience for our family. The house is perfectly situated right on the beach, offering breathtaking views from the moment you walk in the front door. The infinity pool provided a wonderful place to cool off and relax after a day of fishing or exploring the island. The beach right in front of the house was ideal for snorkeling and paddle boarding which the kids enjoyed for hours. The house itself felt very luxurious, providing all the comforts we could ask for. Individual room AC unites, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and linens, Starlink internet and so much more. It was also really nice to have a generator , which kept the power on during the occasional outages that are common in the Bahamas. Lastly the caretakers of the home were very friendly and shared some great information to make sure our trip was perfect and that we had everything we needed. They even helped with getting our bags and supplies from the marina to the home. On our last night we booked again for next year! This home is the true definition of paradise!

Paradise!

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. Before we arrived, we communicated with the owner and the house manager several times. They were both gracious to answer all of our questions and offered many suggestions on boat rental, golf cart rental, restaurants and activities. House manager, Jennie, and her husband met us at the ferry and helped us get settled in at the house. Jennie was an amazing resource to have on the island. Any text I sent her during our stay was answered in minutes. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and incredibly well stocked for a rental. The pictures simply do not do the view justice! The pool was one of our favorite amenities that we looked forward to each day. The house is located in a very quiet area and the beach is private. Snorkeling gear is a must! We cooked several meals during our stay and had every kitchen item we needed and more. The house provides beach towels and a few kitchen and pantry staples - spices, coffee filters, trash bags, etc. Jennie and her husband came back on our departure day to help take our luggage to the ferry. We cannot recommend Paradise Beach House enough - Our family will be back!

Agreed… it's Excellent!!

This house is gorgeous, inside and out! We come to GTC several times a year and this quickly became one of our favorites. The previous reviews did a really good job of describing the house and its amenities, and I agree with everything they said – beautifully constructed, very well appointed, lots of great details (love those makeup washcloths), and the owners could not have been more responsive or accommodating. I'll just add a bit about the layout for future guests. On one side of the house there are two rooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms - the master bedroom facing the beach and a guest room behind it. I mention that because it's not always easy to find a house with two king beds. On the other side of the house there are two guestrooms that share a bathroom, one with a queen and one with twin beds. We had two couples and two other adults so the layout was perfect for us, and it would also be great for people with kids. The liquor store down the street, Seagrapes, now serves breakfast as well as lunch and we've had great experiences with both. It's nice to have something within easy walking distance so you don't always have to jump in the UTV. Kudos to the owners for building a beautiful home and being so welcoming. My husband has already booked the house in August for a flyfishing trip with a couple of friends, so I look forward to writing another good review next month. Cheers!😊

No better view or beach on the island!

Stunning new construction. Emasculate detail to finishing work. Very high ceilings. Well appointed. AC w/ separate controls in every room and bathroom. Unbelievable. Fast, reliable WiFi that reaches out to the pool area. A wireless Sonos system with 6 speakers outside around the pool deck. An infinity pool that looks west to the sunset and out over your own snorkeling reef!! Easy, sandy entry into the ocean. Plenty of sandy bottom to anchor your boat for the day if you rent or have one. 8ft approximately, so it’s easy to see reef and wildlife. I can’t say enough good things about the property or the owners. The managers on the island are also super friendly. I recommend Lowe Cay Carts for new 2024 gas Club Cars. The Lowe’s are extremely hospitable and friendly local owners. All these folks go above and beyond. Even bone fishing in front of the house or a short ride to Gillam Bay. Appliances are new LG and Bosch. Everything you need is already in the kitchen. I’ve never been in a property this well equipped. Hell, we ground fresh bean coffee in the Ninja. Bring whole bean coffee because it’s hard to always find that and it’s expensive. There’s plenty of spices and stuff left in the house. Tons on towels, beach towels, black makeup towels. They’ve really thought of everything. I usually don’t take this much time to review because we travel so much. This deserves it. When we booked, there were no reviews. We’ll be back.
