Our stay at Peaceful Retreats was the perfect blend of comfort, breathtaking scenery, and unforgettable wildlife in a peaceful woodland setting.

We had an incredible stay at our cabins with Peaceful Retreats! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and well-maintained everything was. The cabins were tucked away in the woods, offering beautiful scenery, complete peace and quiet, and the perfect place to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was the abundance of wildlife. There were black bears, deer, rabbits, snakes, and many other beautiful animals right from the property. It truly felt like being surrounded by nature at its finest. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable cabin where you can enjoy breathtaking views, peaceful surroundings, and amazing wildlife, I can’t recommend Peaceful Retreats enough. We made wonderful memories and are already looking forward to coming back!

Extended Family Trip

We rented both cabins with our extended family for a long weekend. Both cabins are nicely decorated, had everything we needed and offered a nice separation between families. Cabins were clean, welcoming and so peaceful. They sit on a private drive/road that offers privacy but also close to main road. We all enjoyed our stay and will rent again.

Perfect holiday

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay at the 2 cabins. There was plenty of room to play outside for the kids. We enjoyed horseback riding, hiking and zip lining only minutes from the cabins. It was fabulous fun!

Wonderful experience!

Our family loved these two cabins! They are so clean and nicely decorated. Kitchens had everything we needed to cook, including my new favorite small appliance - the electric tea kettle. I will now be buying one for my own home! :-) The beds/pillows/bedding were soft and comfy too! We had three dogs with us - from puppy to senior - and they all enjoyed the stay as well. The woods around us were beautiful, even bare from the cold weather the abundance of trees is gorgeous! The drive up and down the mountain to get to the homes is breathtaking! We would definitely recommend this place!

Peaceful and clean

We had a wonder time renting both the Coyote and Otter Cabins with your family. The proximity to each other was perfect for us, private driveway, peaceful to where you can hear a pin drop. A great way to escape. The cabins were clean, cozy an well though out for accommodations. We love that it's dog friendly. There is a gate at the top of stairs for each unit. Complimentary coffee was delish😀 House rules, check in/out was very convenient an simple. I love the emails an texts that are sent through the process. We will be back!

A Christmas Treat

We reserved these 2 cabins (Coyote & Otter Box) for a Christmas celebration with family. It was new and clean and just the right setting for our gathering. There was even a Christmas tree with lights set up. It was a big plus for us that they allowed us to bring our little dogs, because we consider them a part of our family. The decks and firepit are wonderful, too. The ramps were so nice to have, in addition to the stairs. We loved the cozy blankets and the gas fireplace. The cabins were both toasty. There was plenty of hot water, towels and washcloths, and all the necessary amenities. Also, had a nice laundry room. We were in the mountains, yet close to town. We loved shopping in the nearby boutiques and we had a great experience dining at Mater's for outstanding pizza and service. We had to contact Misti for a couple of questions and she was super responsive and helpful. We highly recommend these properties if you are looking for a stay in a mountain retreat.
