High end designer furnishings and decor, plush mattresses in all rooms and Tempur-pedic king mattress in primary suite! 2 Full Baths with exotic Granite countertops! Full gourmet kitchen with white cabinets & luxurious granite and all the amenities you could imagine including crockpot, pots and pans, spice rack, toaster, microwave, double oven, keurig and pot coffee maker, blender, and so much more!! Access to 2 car garage and secure gated parking with large workshop to store items or park RV. Backyard Oasis With patio, fire-pit and Grill and 400' of string lights running all the way to the pasture!

Twin over full bunk in BR 2 with closet, 2 twin beds in BR 3, queen sleeper sofa in LR. Portable playpen/crib and Queen Air mattress in primary closet.
Games and dvds and access to firestick tv in primary BR and livingroom. Gigabit internet wifi available. Detached shop/ garage available for storage. Trampoline and Pool have been removed. Furniture in photos will be different until 10/6, then new photos. Very nice decor and furnishings will be in place. Washer and Dryer in Garage.
Covered back patio with firepit and grill.
Fenced backyard with Plenty of room to play and for dogs and family. Will be very pleased with the area and access. Peaceful country atmosphere with amenities, shopping and restaurants!! Book with all of the area information and instructions to wifi and other home features. Security cameras are outside only, none inside whatsoever.

The rooms were very spacious. We stayed during Christmas and the home was decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We spent the majority of our time on the back patio. My husband loves cooking outside on the Blackstone. The only cons we had were the tightness of the master bathroom toilet and that there was not a bigger table to sit down to have a meal together. The fridge stopped cooling while we were there and Aaron came right over and took care of the issue. We enjoyed our stay! We'd definitely book again.

Host was very easy to contact. House was very clean and was located right near the folks we were visiting. The fenced backyard was ideal for our basset hound. Will definitely try to stay again

Everything was as pictured. Aaron was extremely responsive and accommodating. We stayed here for my sister’s wedding at south fork ranch and the house was only 10 minutes from the venue. Would definitely recommend

No check in communication. Had to message for access. Floors in entire house sticky. Kitchen super sticky floors. 2nd bedroom smelled of dog piss. Master tub held water after shower. Didn't drain the entire 2 days.same as master sinks. Water never drained.

Nice getaway…

House is well laid out. Bedrooms away from the living room which is nice since I tend to stay up later than my husband does. This way I can stay up and watch TV and not disturb him. Big beautiful back yard for our fur babies to run around in. Was really nice to be able to have use of the garage since the weather was rainy. Aaron was very helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the Plano area!!

Wonderful and spacious

It was a very homey place to stay, with spacious rooms and backyard! Host was very accommodating as we were able to check in a bit earlier than scheduled. Very appreciative about that. We used the bonfire thing in the backyard, which was a cute memory to make with friends. We also saw some stars in the night sky. It was a great place to stay with a group of friends, with plenty of space to sleep.

Wonderful experience

We had such a great time during our stay and the property was a perfect location for everything we wanted to do! The house was very clean and well-kept and our communication with our host, Aaron, was awesome! He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay! Perfect for our family getaway

Our whole family came.to spend a week in Dallas/Ft Worth and then Waco. We stayed here for the DFW part because my wife had an old friend who lives in Wylie. The almost 2 weeks of daily storms before we arrived left outside pretty soggy, but we ended up spending a lot of time at the aforementioned friend's house anyway, so didn't even have time to enjoy the outdoor areas if it was dry, and it's not like anyone can control the weather! Aaron was excellent to work with the whole stay. The Internet wasn't working well at first due to the storms, but he got on it right away and had it working great by the end of the stay. Like I said, we were hardly there so it wasn't really a big deal anyway, but he handled it very quickly and got it resolved. The place itself was great for us. I had been looking forward to the Traeger grille, but was surprised to see a Blackstone griddle there as well when we checked in. Again, I ended up not using either, but it was cool to see it there anyway. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the place. If we were coming back for a visit again, I'd definitely hope to be here again if it was available!

Country Living by the Lake

From the get go Aaron was very responsive. The property was beautiful very clean and updated, beautiful inside and out. It was accommodating for all of our needs from the youngest to the oldest there the kids really enjoyed the backyard and the view. We also enjoyed we were able to bring over company and cook out. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great place!

Everything went smoothly with this property. Aaron was easy to communicate with and flexible with my requests. The house is nice and clean, as the pictures show. It is located in a quiet part of town, but close to many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the fire pit with a view of the countryside! I highly recommend this rental!

This is a semi – rural setting right outside of Wylie. It is the only short term rental in Saint Paul, Texas. It is only minutes away from plenty of Shopping and restaurants in Historic downtown Wylie and 10 minutes from US-75, Plano, and Allen! Great Location!
The property overlooks a horse pasture with plenty of mature trees and well manicured landscaping! It is only 3 minutes from Lake Lavon! Dallas is 35 minutes away and this is in a low traffic area for making your way around town quickly! We love the area and are sure you will as well!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

It is the only short term rental property currently in St Paul, Texas, and one of the very few on 1 acre surrounded by larger acre tracts and horses. It is a single story home and we allow RV parking and storage in our two garages for longer term guest with insurance claims or extended work or visits to the area! We take great pride in being PREMIER HOSTS and hope to earn your business as well! You will see the difference when you stay in our home compared to other homes!
