This charming getaway is within walking/biking distance from Sombrero Beach.

The spacious open plan, living, dining, & kitchen areas, have vaulted ceilings which offer a cool & quiet retreat from the outdoors. The sofa in the living room converts into a queen size bed.
After a busy day of outdoor activities, you & your family can lounge in the comfortable sofas & enjoy watching TV or listening to music in surround sound. Stay in an enjoy playing board games or dominos with your family and friends. High speed, wireless internet included.

The modern kitchen has granite countertops & modern appliances, two door stainless steel refrigerator, microwave oven, & dishwasher, as well as all of the basic cookware, glassware, and kitchen utensils you will need during your stay.

The spacious master bedroom is appointed with a king size bed, a TV, & a chair which converts into a twin size bed for a child, a large walk-in closet & plenty of storage space in the dresser and night tables. This comfortable room has a private bathroom with two sink vanities, a shower & Jacuzzi tub for soaking after a long day of fishing & outdoors fun.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a walk-in closet, TV, & plenty of storage space as well. There is also an ottoman twin sleeper in this room as well. The downstairs terrace offers canal as well as ocean views & plenty of space to soak up the sun while lounging around the pool, sitting comfortably underneath the covered terrace, or cooking your catch of the day on the barbecue grill.

In winter months, the pool can be heated for an additional fee.
Store your bait in the freezer & your cool drinks in the fridge located in the utility room right by the pool where there is also a half bath for your convenience. After soaking in the pool or returning from the beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower.

For the avid fisherman, the 75 ft. dock has plenty of room to accommodate your boats and a convenient fish cleaning station. The dock can also accommodate a jet ski. There is also a dock ladder for your use. The canal all the way to the ocean has been dredged to 5' at low tide (December 2018).
