We appreciate your feedback regarding the refrigerator and overall condition of the condo and will share those observations with the property owner. We certainly understand the frustration of having both elevators out of service, especially when staying on a higher floor. The building's elevators are maintained by the HOA, and while outages are beyond our direct control, we do make every effort to keep guests informed. Prior to arrival, guests were notified of the ongoing elevator work and the potential for service interruptions. We recognize that taking the stairs isn't ideal, particularly from the 18th floor, and appreciate your understanding.
