The dwelling has beautiful waterfront views and is central to many amenities (groceries, restaurants, tourist activities). Plenty of hot water and the AC unit worked great. Furnishings and bedding were serviceable. When the VRBO link for driving directions/check in were nonfunctional, the owner did pick up the call the first attempt and provided clear instructions.

Perfect!

We were a little hesitant upon booking as it is so close to 2 restaurants and we’re worried about noise. But it was the perfect location. We were able to enjoy live music (not loud and not late) while enjoying drinks on our patio. Views were amazing. Kids fished and swam off pier. It all worked out great. Clean place and owner was really nice. Could not have been better!

Great location

House was spacious and as described. Private dock and pool were both very nice. 5 queen beds and 4 bathrooms were great for up to 10 people!! Both stories had a washer and dryer. Just note that there were no seasonings, cooking spray, extra toilet paper or paper towels so plan on picking that stuff up when you arrive.

Sandy feet

This property is beautiful and well maintained. If you’re looking for quiet and all day fishing, this place is not for you. There is lots of traffic in the water all around you. If you’re looking for night life and excitement, you’re in the right place. Beautiful sunsets every night with light breezes and glass top waters. I’m looking forward to vacationing here again

Key Largo Beach House

We loved the private pool! Kayaking and paddle boarding were great! The view of Buttonwood Sound from the house was incredible. Lots of activities and restaurants to choose from. We loved our stay. Food next door at Bayside Grille was fantastic! Many thanks to the owner of the house!

Wonderful stay

Let me begin by saying, the property was very clean. Our stay was very close to perfect. The location was perfect for our group. We had restaurants on both sides that played music nightly. We enjoyed listening to the music and the food was delicious. The kitchen upstairs was well stocked making meal prep a breeze. We enjoyed the pool very much and the view was outstanding. If we return to Key Largo, we all agree, this is where we want to stay. Thank you for everything.

Perfect House and Location for Large Groups!

Our group of nine stayed at this property in January 2024 for my friend's 60th birthday, and we all loved the house. The house was spacious and clean, and we walked to many great restaurants that were nearby. We loved hanging out on our balconies to hear the evening music from next door at Snook's Restaurant. We enjoyed the kayaks that were available to us, and we saw manatees almost every morning just past the dock. My only complaint is that the first level (two bedroom level) had just one couch in the living room, and we could have used a big chair or a loveseat, too. We would definitely stay here again though!

Plenty of room with a view

This property is great for big or multi families. Plenty of room! When we arrived to check in, the house was so clean! The view from the deck is wonderful! Also listening to the music from the nearby restaurants was a plus!

Sunset Paradise

We had an awesome week, the view from the balcony is the BEST, only 50 feet from the water. The water at dock the is so clear, we saw a baby shark and a manatee. Would go back in a heart beat!

Complete misrepresentation, false advertising, don't believe the other reviews.

Let us begin by stating that this is not one two story house but two separate units stacked on top of each other, like a duplex or two completely separate apartments. Access to the upstairs unit is on the outside of the building, so you won't be speaking to family/friends who are upstairs as if you were in a two story home. The unit list a private pool which is false, the pool is shared between two rentals the owner has on site and is small. There are two very busy restaurants within feet of the rental, one that has construction going on so there is constant business noise, car doors, horns, and live music. The unit is dingy, has peeling paint, and multiple issues including burned out lightbulbs which we requested changed several times and owner failed to do. He stated It would be Wednesday as he didn't have any lightbulbs available. As if stores don't sell lightbulbs everyday???? The ice maker in the downstairs unit does not work, and there is very little dishwater provided for renters. They are nice enough to leave you three clean solo cups for use. There is water damage evident in the right side bathroom. After walking around barefoot you find your feet to be black, showing a lack of cleanliness. The beds are entry level at best and appear to have damage as they creak and pop so loud its impossible to sleep on the one in the right side of the lower unit. It is also difficult to even find this rental as it is down the end of alley, with a narrow driveway that is difficult to manage with a bigger truck or SUV. The downstairs unit lacks furniture with just one old sofa in the living area which seats three people. Please DO NOT BE FOOLED AS I WAS BY THE PICTURES AND REVIEWS. They are strategically taken to make the property look MUCH NICER than it actually is. It appears the angles used were intentional to minimize how close you are to the other businesses, that the pool was yours alone to enjoy, and finally that the property was an upper tier rental. IT IS NOT!!!!! The owner would not respond to text sent to his cell number, which he provided, and barely to messages sent via VRBO, then quit responding all together after I asked him to replace some lightbulbs. The only pictures that are representative are of the dock and the sunset. If you rent this unit you will be very disappointed in its quality when you arrive. I have personally stayed in Key Largo many times, and spent way less money for a much nicer place. We are extremely disappointed.

Awesome experience

My husband and I stayed with our two young kids, sisters and brother in laws, and parents. A great time was had by all, everyone could spread out in the large house. We had amazing sunsets and enjoyed watching the boats from the dock and drinking our coffee from the balconies in the morning. The kids had an amazing time playing in the sand. Awesome location within walking distance to amazing restaurants, CVS and more! We didn’t use the pool since it was December but the pool looked very clean. Highly recommend staying here, easy drive to beaches on the other keys as well.

would definitely come back

The home was located close to everything. Having young children, initially we were unsure of the proximity to the bar/grills located on either side of the home. However, the noise level was never intrusive, and the live island music actually enhanced our vacation vibe! We watched dolphins swim right off the pier on 3 separate occasions. Pool was clean and private, pier was plenty deep for our boat. Homeowner was incredibly quick to reply, home was immaculate. Had a wonderful stay, hope to return. Tim and Lisa

Excellent Key Largo Home

Lovely home with plenty of space! The lay out is 2 bedrooms on one floor and 3 on the other with an outside staircase. It is more of two apartments than a five bedroom home., but that worked out fine for our families. It is clean and well appointed. The location is great and the dock is great for big boats. We had to buy a hose to add to the existing one under the house so we could fill the fresh water on the boat. So, I would recommend the owner updating that. All in all a great week at a great house in a great location!

Staycation

Great location. Restaurants on both sides was convenient. Don’t worry, never heard a sound at night. Beautiful sunsets, we brought the boat and tied up out back. Took the nice ride to fishing and snorkeling. Then came back and relaxed in the pool. Kids enjoyed fishing off dock. Didn’t catch much but they had a blast.

Perfect location

Robert was quick to answer any questions for me. The house had the best view. It was private from other houses and was wonderful that the kids could play on our own private beach and dock. Great amenities and walking distance to everything.

Great Location, Great House, Great Time

Took the whole family including first Grand Son and they loved it. Having the restaurants on each side was great after spending a day on the water. Although we are no expert on Lobster and Owner would not disclose any way points LOL and this was our first time at this MM we did find about 8 holes by Tuesday. Unfortunately the biggest one with about 10 keepers was completely taken including undersize even though we were above the spot an hour before sunrise waiting and no boats in site so there are many bad actors down there. But we didn't come just for lobster and the sunsets were fantastic and my Daughter and Grand Son and Son and Daughter In Law loved kissing the dolphins.

Needs Attention

I booked this home for a weeks stay for our family of 10. The owner did answer his phone each and every time I called. However did not deliver correcting some problems with the home. The down stairs bathroom toilet was leaking and flooding the floor, the owner was notified in the afternoon and he said he could not respond until the following morning, that was the first day of our stay and the issue was never addressed, I turned the water off to the toilet and it was unavailable for the entire stay. Also the fan in the Dining room was so noisy it could not be used and would have come in handy mid July. Some more amenities for boaters would be nice i.e. Water
