The Grand Polo Estate is a private oasis located on 5 beautiful acres, offering 2 par 3 golf holes, a 1,600 sq ft pool, a beach volleyball court, Pickleball court, Putting Green, extensive entertaining areas, and a grassy expanse. All amenities are free and available to our guests. It is just 1 mile from where Coachella Fest, Stagecoach, and Desert Trip are held.
The designer compound sleeps 30, with 14 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, open great room and a large game room.

Compound also includes 2 detached Casitas with a private entrance and full kitchen and 3 Hotel Style bedrooms.
The compound has been professionally decorated and well suited to accommodate private/exclusive groups.

Pool and Spa heating, if desired, 250$ per day, and we set it at 84 F.
Spa heating only, 35$ per day.

No more guests than initially communicated to manager.

*Music allowed outdoors with our Sonos System and with our portable blue tooth speaker only. After 9:55 pm no music allowed outdoors.

If rules are not followed, EVICTION will take place no matter the time of the day or night.

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
