We are conveniently located just a short five-minute drive from Kierland Commons, a hub of excellent dining and upscale shopping. Additionally, grocery stores like Fry's and Safeway are a mere two-minute drive away. The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is easily accessible within 20 minutes. Our location is also in close proximity to Scottsdale's top attractions, including the Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson, Spring Training facilities, luxurious resorts, golf courses, and much more.

The house itself is spacious and ideal for accommodating large groups, with six bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, all designed in a rambler style. You'll also enjoy the amenities of a heated pool, a sprawling backyard with a fire pit, and ample space for your group to relax and unwind.

Outdoor space
Expansive doors lead from the living area to the backyard. The primary bedroom suite also offers direct access to the backyard. The outdoor area features an outdoor dining table with seating for 12. There is a pergola with additional seating & gas fire-pit for your use. Both the pergola & outdoor space feature party-lights.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for your stay. It features brand-new appliances and bar-seating for 2. There is a Keurig maker (pot + k-cups), toaster, glasswares, plates, cups, utensils, etc. all available for your use. The dining table is a few steps from the kitchen and features seating for 8. There is also a breakfast nook with seating for 4.

Living Area
There is a large sectional couch & chairs in the living area. The living room features a large smart TV.

Netflix? Hulu? WFH? We got you covered. When accessing the different streaming services, you’ll need to log in to your personal account. Please log out when leaving the home.
The house is equipped with the fastest internet for your convenience. We also provide a starter supply of the essentials including: dishwasher pods, sponges, K-cups, soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, make-up wipes, toilet paper, and paper towels. There is an onsite washer/dryer available for your use.

House Rules:
Children must be supervised at all times.
No parties or events.
No pets.
No drugs, smoking or vaping on the property (including outdoors).
No use of fireplace.Must be 25+ to book.
The main guest on reservation must stay at home.
Quiet hours: 9:30 PM - 8:00 AM: Strictly enforced. Noise violations may result in fines and eviction without refund. We do ask you to be considerate of the neighbors at all times.

Guests:

The home sleeps up to 12 with 4 kings and 4 twin beds. Ensure arrangements suit your group.

Baby Gear: Pack n’ play, high chair, and baby bath tub are available in the primary bedroom closet. Please clean and return items after use.You are responsible for the safety of your child(ren) when using the baby/infant equipment. We aren’t liable for any injuries that result during the usage of this equipment.

Pets:

Strict no-pet policy. $1,000 penalty plus cleaning fees for pets.

Smoking:

Strict no-smoking policy (both indoors & outdoor). $1,000 penalty plus cleaning fees for smoking.

Pool:

By booking our home, you take responsibility for the safe use of the pool by your group. The pool is 8 feet deep at its deepest point. Never use the pool alone. No lifeguard on duty and no diving.

The pool is accessible from the backyard via self-closing doors with sensors. These sensors cannot be disabled for safety.

Dust storms may introduce debris, so keep the pool vacuum connected. Any damage caused by removing the pool vacuum is your responsibility.

Use only provided plastic plates and cups by the pool—NO GLASSWARE in the backyard
Avoid using tanning oil before swimming, as it affects pool chemicals. Violations will result in a $100 fee and possible additional cleaning charges.

Pool heating (Sept-May), is $75/day. Notify us at least 3 days before check-in. Minimum 2-day heating. Pool temperature is not guaranteed when outdoor temps drop below 40°F.

Cameras/Security:

We have four external cameras in the front of the property for your safety; these cameras record video & audio. There is a doorbell camera, cameras above the driveway & on each of the side pathways looking toward the street. There are no cameras in the home or backyard. There are no devices on the interior of the property.

We have a noise sensor system installed outside the house to be considerate of our neighbors. It does not record conversations, but instead informs us if the noise level becomes too loud.

Decorating:

Use blue or scotch tape only; no glitter. You’re responsible for any additional cleaning costs.

Home Service:

Home is professionally cleaned before each check-in. Pool, pest control, and landscaping services are scheduled monthly.

Parking:

No more than 4 cars at the property at any time. Try to park all cars in the driveway, limit street parking as possible.

Fire Pit:

No cooking. Please turn it off after use. Cooking on the fire pit incurs a $100 cleaning fee plus damage costs.

HVAC:

Summer: Do not set AC below 70°F to avoid damage.
Winter: Adjust to your comfort.

Miscellaneous:

Tap water is potable but filtered/bottled water is recommended.
