We had a wonderful stay here, and we definitely plan to be back! It felt secluded yet not far from downtown Black Mountain. We did three awesome hikes with our little ones that were within 35 minutes. The cabin was very clean, and comfortable. 10/10.

Wow. Just wow! This property is spectacular in every way. Beautiful home with an even more beautiful view. Still close enough to town but far enough removed to have the perfect amount of isolation and quiet. Easily one of the best stocked properties I have ever been to. I've already bookmarked this property for future stays!

Spring Break 2025

This is the second time my family has stayed at this cabin, we love it! It has plenty of privacy and plenty of room. The cabin is located close to the town of Black Mountain as well as the Chimney Rock State Park. Definitely recommend staying here!

Mountain Getaway

My wife and I along with another couple rented the cabin for a weekend getaway. It was a short drive to Black Mountain where we spent the day at the Sourwood Festival. The cabin was great and as advertised. We were very happy with everything during the rental & check-in process. The cabin is extremely clean and very nice. You won't be disappointed.

Summer 2022

Really great cabin as very clean and views of sunsets were magnificent. Private and quiet which made our stay nice and peaceful. Dog friendly as well as bear gates on deck also created a closed area so that our pup could roam on the deck and be with us as we enjoyed the outside view.

Hubby and I wanted a getaway in the mountains. This home is a hidden gem!

So perfectly located! Absolutely gorgeous views, especially at sunset! Well stocked, comfortable bed (we only used the master) ! It was hot while we were there and the AC worked great!! Hubby liked the direct tv satellite with DVRā€¦it even worked in the rain šŸ¤£! Communication was outstanding with the management company. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect get away

This was easy to get to. Close to Asheville and Lake Lure. The highway below the house can be a little busy but other than that it was a quiet place. The view is spectacular from the deck, patio and hot tub!! We brought our dogs and they loved it also. Close to many areas to hike. I would definitely come again. You can easily have 8 people comfortably with not falling all over each other !

Two nice bedrooms on main floor, one upstairs; many bathrooms. Only downside in summer is to get main floor comfortable it's a bit cold in basement and a bit warm upstairs. All told, tho, a beautiful, well-stocked house that we'll likely return to.
