Rental includes daily housekeeping, (except sundays) and as part of that service the housekeeper will prepare a delicious home cooked family style breakfast each day - you just pay for the cost of the food! Also includes 6 seat golf cart, Premier Membership Golf and your personal concierge.

The preferred method of transport in Punta Mita is by Golf Cart - a 6 seater is included in this rental.

All guests will be required to sign a rental contract that will be emailed after your Airbnb reservation is confirmed.

Guests will need to provide a scanned ID or photo that will be used to set up beach club access cards. They will also need to electronically sign access forms.

If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $2,000 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage)
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancellation refund.

We would also like to inform all guests that, effective January 6, 2026, the Punta Mita Resort HOA has introduced a new Club Punta Mita Access Fee -

The Club Punta Mita Access Fee is a one-time, per-person, per-stay fee that applies to vacation rental guests staying in Punta Mita.
