One of Savannah's most famous landmarks sits right around the corner from this comfortable, two-story townhouse on the city's east side. In less than a quarter-mile, you can be in Bonaventure Cemetery - strolling along the Wilmington River among moss-draped oaks and hauntingly beautiful architecture.

This townhouse is perfectly placed for history lovers, art and architecture enthusiasts, and beach-goers alike. Head three miles west to the Savannah Historic District to take in the city's charming squares, shops, restaurants, and museums. Or, enjoy the easy outlet to Tybee Island (16 miles east) for a day at the beach.

The house has an easy, modern polish about it, from the spacious floor plan to the central air and complimentary WiFi throughout. Bring your coffee outside to the back deck each morning and get started on breakfast in the lovely kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, and an eat-in dining table. In the evenings, barbecue on the gas grill, leave the day's clothes in the care of the washer/dryer, and settle in for a movie night on the living room's smart TV. The bedrooms - all upstairs, one of which is a primary suite - are outfitted with smart TVs as well.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
