★ OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE ★

✔ DOG POLICY: We allow for up to 2 house-trained dogs, each no larger than 55lbs. We charge a pet cleaning fee of $99 PER dog and require a pet contract to be signed before your stay. After you book, we will send you a confirmation message. Just click on the Experiences link to purchase the dog stay (this must be done before your stay).

✔ NOISE: This is a quiet neighborhood. County prohibits amplified outside noise. Please keep the music/conversation noise down during the daytime and evening.

✔ QUIET HOURS: Between 9 PM at night and 8 AM the next morning, please head back in the house. All music, TV, and conversations should be kept to a regular conversation level. Please respect the Quiet Hours, as Sonoma County mandates them. Breaking this rule is grounds for ending your stay early with no refund.

✔ SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. If you smoke outside, please be sure to keep the area clean and properly dispose of cigarette butts and ashes. Failure to do so or leaving these items behind after checkout may result in a penalty of $200 or more

✔ WOOD BURNING FIRES: No outdoor wood-burning fires are allowed based on county regulations. Indoor wood fireplaces may be impacted by 'spare-the-air' days.
