This building/condo is directly across the street from the pristine white sand beaches, clear gulf waters, and plenty of sunshine for your pleasure! This condo has a double entrance balcony directly over the pool, located on the front of the complex for FULL view of the Gulf of Mexico. Grand Caribbean is located in the heart of Orange Beach and is a condo complex that was built in 2003, completely renovated in 2021. Grand Caribbean has won numerous architectural awards for its structural integrity and overall design. The Orange Beach State Park and Cotton Bayou Beach Park (across the street) is also nearby for your enjoyment. Grand Caribbean is also connected to a public boat launch on Cotton Bayou. There is parking directly behind the condo complex for easy access.
The condo has been decorated in a tropical theme, 55" smart tv, tv in each room, pull out couch with king sleeper, recliner, new artwork, new bed linens, and a full kitchen with all utensils ready for you to cook. The unit has a dishwasher, washer, dryer, and refrigerator. If you decide to stay more more than a week, with your permission, we will have someone come in and clean the unit on the 7th day (minimal charge) so that you can remain comfortable throughout the rest of your stay.
Located within minutes of the condo are several beautiful marinas, Foley Outlet Mall, The Wharf, and various other local shopping destinations. The Pensacola, Fl. airport is located 30 minutes to the East and the Mobile, Al. airport is located approximately 1.15 hours to the West. There are numerous world class golf courses within 10-20 minutes of the condo. Some of these are: Arnold Palmer Signature Course Craft Farms, Peninsula, and Kiva Dunes. You will also be located within minutes of dozens of restaurants and local destinations such as the World Famous Florabama, Live Bait, OWA with indoor water park, Tacky Jacks, LuLu's (Jimmy Buffetts Sister's place), Conconut Willy's, Zekes Marina (Catch a deep sea fishing charter from here!), Waterville USA (huge water park),and MUCH MORE!!!

We have been grateful to be able to share our beautiful condo with others so that they may experience the relaxing, laid back beach atmosphere that we have come to love. Creating memories is what life is all about.

We chose this complex because of its proximity to everything on the Alabama Coast. With only 108 units, we loved the quiet and private atmosphere. No mass of crowds or having to walk through a large reception area in your bathing suit to get to and from the pool or beach. Grand Caribbean is located near the intersection of Perdido Beach Blvd. and Hwy 161 (Foley Beach Express). During the busy season, we do not have to wait in traffic because we bypass Foley and Gulf Shores via the Foley Beach Express!!! VERY Convenient!

Love the relaxing and quiet atmosphere at the Grand Caribbean. With only 108 units in the complex, there is a more sense of a home feeling. The extreme cleanliness and personal feeling of home is what made us buy a condo here. Relaxing on the balcony or strolling through the walking path and boat watching is one of the things we love to do. My husband loves the county bike path that starts behind the condo.
