Events: Events are allowed near this property for up to 100 guests. NOTE: All events will have fees associated with hosting an event, and determined/finalized after speaking with the events director of the property. Please talk with a Yonder Guest Experience Specialist for a referral to the events director to discuss all that The Poplars at Bearwallow Mountain has to offer as an event space, as well as discuss costs associated for an event fee. The Pavilion has electricity, a sound system, lighting and water access. As well, enjoy the use, set up and break down of high quality tables and X back style chairs for your event. ** Guests must book both the Bearwallow Retreat & Bearwallow Cottage for an event.**

Quiet Policy: Please note that the property is located in a quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including a clear photo of a government-issued ID and a selfie photo of the primary guest holding that ID next to their face (ID must match the reservation name), as well as a photo of the payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
