Great experience. Truly a well kept / maintained place. Super clean. The boat dock was very nice and a great place to relax. Location is perfect and close to town. And the WiFi speeds were great, Iā€™m not used to having service up here so that was a ln added surprise. We will be back.

Our new favorite place to stay in the Northwoods

Great motel. The updates are perfect, it is so cute and makes me think it didnā€™t look a whole lot different back in the day. Very clean and the owners are great! Hubby caught his first muskie right off the peer! We will definitely stay here when we are up there in the future.

Perfect getaway!

I loved everything about this recently renovated tiny Sportsmanā€™s Lodge suite! It was super clean, amazing view, QUIET! The vintage decor brought back amazing memories, comfortable, everything you needed. My sister and I read on the dock, enjoyed a fire in the great fire pit. Located with easy access to restaurants, grocery, etc. and short drives to many other fun Northwoods towns! We are definitely returning next fall!

Best little cabin in the area, with great views!

Our cabin was really cute! Theyā€™ve done a really nice job updating parts of it while keeping much of the originality of this vintage motel! The shower is glorious! Itā€™s large and beautiful! We went toward the end of August so it was pretty hot and humid most days, but cooler at night. The only thing we wished we had was either air conditioning, or the ability to open windows. To cool it down in the evenings, we had to leave our doors open. They did, however, provide us with a large box fan which was helpful. We also loved sitting outside (lakeside) and meeting and having drinks with our cabin neighbors, grilling steaks, and watching the sunsets! The two benches on the dock were really nice to sit on and take in the beauty! One thing we wished they had was a meat thermometer! We used the awesome Weber kettle grill twice during our stay (and everything turned out so wonderfully), but we missed that one item. Not a big deal, just worth mentioning. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone, and we will be planning to go back in the future!

Very nice. The owner was unbelievable in helping us out and insuring our stay was the best.

The property was in an excellent location. Beautiful view of the lake. It was better than expected. Very clean and nicely decorated. The owner went above and beyond in accommodating us. I will definitely go back again and recommend the resort to my family and friends.

Cozy place with a nice view

I enjoyed the location and the view. One thing that i didnā€™t enjoy is how early you have to check out in the morning. Also the cleaning lady was there 20 min earlier than the check out, knocking on the door. I felt rushed to get out

A north woods treasure! Spectacular location surrounded by woods, lakes and trails to explore all day! Rooms are clean, stocked and have lots of new updates of appliances, furnishings and bathrooms, all done up without losing that cozy cabin feel! Highly recommended and planning to return :)
