Guest Bedroom 1: King bed, TV with DVD, ensuite bathroom
Guest Bedroom 2 / Office: Futon, printer
Outdoor Space: Private patio with grill & umbrella, near one of eight pools
Community Amenities
2 Tennis Courts & 2 Pickleball Courts (just redone)
Pool & Spa: Center large lap pool (heated), small pools directly behind the units (not heated)
Garage & Parking: 2-car garage with laundry area, parking for 3 vehicles-
Guest Access: Use the Smart Lock for keyless entry.
Entertainment & WiFi: 2 Smart TVs, 1 DVD player, high-speed internet
Streaming Services Available: Enjoy Amazon Prime, Hulu, Netflix, Apple Tv and more! Other channels may be available, but subscriptions can change. Have a specific request? Feel free to ask!

No parties, events, smoking, or drugs
30-day cancellation policy
Dog Guidelines (Per HOA Rules)
Dogs may be walked along the outer perimeter, and the front yard is fine for play. Inner common-area circles are not permitted for walking or lingering, though you may briefly cross the grass while passing through. Pets are allowed with a $100 fee per pet. Pets must be fully potty-trained. Any indoor accidents will result in an additional cleaning charge.
Supplies & Fees
We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and detergent upon arrival. For 30-day stays, guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.
EV Charging: Fees may apply based on vehicle size & voltage. Note- We do not provide a charger
Important Notes
AC Settings: The thermostat minimum is 75°F cooling and 77°F heating due to prior misuse. If this is a concern, we can discuss seasonal adjustments. An additional fee may apply.
Security Cameras:
Our property has four exterior-only Ring security cameras located at the garage, front door, backyard, and side yard. They face outward toward entry points, record no audio, and are used for safety and insurance purposes. There are no indoor cameras anywhere on the property.

The fruit trees are an absolute delight during the winter months! Stepping outside, pick some of the freshest fruit and immediately turn it into delicious juice! It's awesome!
