Located just steps from the white sands of Pensacola Beach, this three-bedroom, two-bath cottage at 1207 Ariola Drive has an open kitchen, dining/living area, spacious rooftop deck and large fenced backyard.

Sleeps Seven: Bedroom 1 has a king bed and enjoys access to a small private patio. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunk bed. The hall bath has a stand-up shower, while the second bath also has a shower with a bench, and is accessible from the back patios. At the end of a sun-soaked day on the beach, there's entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs in every bedroom and the living room! Additional amenities include: Keurig, coffee maker, Ninja blender, 2 full sets of dishes, stock pots, cast iron Dutch oven, and hot and cold water at the exterior shower.

There is plenty of outdoor space with a covered patio in the back of the home and a large rooftop deck, great for enjoying the Florida sun. Have loads of fun with family playing cornhole and ladderball too. Beach access is directly across the street, with public dune walkovers to the east and west of the home. Restaurants, shopping and nightlife are just a short drive from the home.

Great relaxing beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Recently stayed at Floridays for an extended break from the cold north. We have 2 older dogs that don't handle stairs well and this property is exactly what we were looking for. The house was very clean with comfortable furniture and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen(cooking utensils, plates, glasses) and the beach (umbrellas, beach chairs, table). There are 4 outdoor sitting options (front porch, back deck, deck adjacent to primary bedroom, and upper deck). Just an fyi to others looking at this property, the second bathroom is nice and is actually larger than the one by the bedrooms, but is only accessible from the outside lower decks. Paradise Beach Homes was excellent to deal with and responded to our inquiries very quickly and even ran out a can opener when we noticed the house didn't have one. The path to the beach is direcctly across the street and a very short walk to an uncrowded beach! The only recommendations to further improve this property would be a coffee table on the lower deck by the sectional sofa for coffee and drinks, and improved clothes storage (e.g. hooks, larger cabinet in closet) in the primary bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Rental office people were very nice. But, easier to have door lock code rather than pick up keys. Going outside to get to 2nd bathroom was a little inconvenient, but overall house was great.

The home is immaculate, most relaxing for a peaceful vacation. Beautiful backyard with a great gathering area. Plenty of space for pets to play and explore. So well maintained you will want for nothing. If you do need something the manager’s at Paradise are very friendly and ready to help with anything! I can’t possibly say enough about this home, just steps from the beach.

The property is well maintained and well appointed. The beach was across the street. The outside fan broke the first day and the owners came immediately and put up a new one. I can’t speak high enough about this home!!
