Every day is the perfect day for a beach vacation—especially when staying in a Gulf-front condo with endless beach views! Huntington by the Sea 302 is a perfectly cozy vacation rental located in Destin’s Miramar Beach on the Emerald Coast. This third-floor condo offers beautiful coastal views, a relaxed living space, and well-appointed accommodations. The unit includes two bedrooms and two baths. It can entertain up to six guests.

Huntington by the Sea 302 features an open floor plan encompassing the sunlit living room, comfortable dining area, and spacious kitchen. Tile floors and earth-toned furnishings give off a laidback and casual feel. A wall of mirrors makes the space look even more roomy. On one end of the great room, windows and sliding glass doors provide an unobstructed view of the glittering Gulf. Stepping through the door onto a beachfront balcony, you’ll find it furnished with a table and chairs. The balcony not only overlooks the beach, but the condo complex’s pool as well. It’s the perfect place to sit back with a drink or a good book. Back inside, the living area is warm and welcoming. Two plush couches and a large armchair face a large flatscreen TV. The seating arrangement centers around a glass wood-topped table, making a great hangout spot for the whole group. Next to the living room is the dining area with a handsome table and four high-backed chairs and a bench. The open kitchen features white cabinetry, tile counters, a buffet-style bar, and white appliances.

The bedrooms have a king and queen-sized bed. In the primary room, the bed is framed by a decorative headboard and footboard. Wood furnishings add to the classic feel. You can see the emerald-green waves of the Gulf through a full wall of sliding glass balcony doors. The primary bedroom also has a private ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has colorful décor and a flatscreen TV. It utilizes a convenient hall bath with a full tub/shower. Community laundry facilities are also provided to ensure your beach attire remains fresh for another fun-filled day in the sun!

As guests at Huntington by the Sea, you’ll enjoy access to a swimming pool and sundeck overlooking the beach. BBQ grills make it easy to grill and enjoy tasty surf-n-turf meals. The soft sands of the coast are only steps away from the property. In addition to these amenities, the central Miramar Beach location places visitors near a variety of vacation activities and amusements. Seascape Resort is nearby, which offers golf, tennis, and recreation rentals. Silver Sands Premium Outlets is home to a wide range of designer stores. The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a family-friendly venue with shops, restaurants, and events. Grand Boulevard is another nearby hub, boasting luxury shopping and fine dining—the perfect addition to your Gulf Coast getaway!
