LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this stay, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable bed linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. No need to rush to the store at the start of your stay, as a 'starter set' of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club (seasonally), dining club, racquet club, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access to these options are prohibited. The cards are $50 per day per family. Additional fees are charged for activities. Without club amenity cards, guests still have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. The fitness center at the Lakehouse and indoor pool is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As a private, gated island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Gate check-in may require a valid photo ID. New this year, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. The charge is $45 per vehicle. The first vehicle is included in the grand total of your reservation. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. There is a maximum on the number of vehicle passes for each property. Street parking is prohibited. Each pass requires one licensed driver's name. Guest may be asked to show license at the gate. Once the vehicle pass is issued, any licensed driver can drive. LSVs are prohibited at this villa complex.
CHECK IN: While self check-in makes the arrival process simple, we offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team provides self- check-in instructions for your convenience. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone or meet you at the property.

THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. The marina is close by, as are historic gardens and plantations. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily. ADDITIONAL POLICIES/RULES: A minimum age of 23 is required for guests making a reservation.
IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages of no less than $400 per incident.
PARTIES: No events or parties. There are morning and evening noise ordinances for the quiet enjoyment of all. THIS IS an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

Spectacular!
Accommodations as pictured. Close to beach. Very well thought out with everything we needed. The island is very nice and we highly recommend. Charleston 40 minutes away. Lots of restaurants near by.

Condo was as expected, and we had most of what we needed, with the exception of toiletries and hand soap (only tiny bars of soap for handwashing and one super mini bottle of shampoo). It seems much more standard now that these are provided by Vrbo hosts, but this host did not. Also, there was no option to communicate via text with the property management company that was listed as host, and they did not return a single one of my multiple phone calls in the week leading up to our stay. That was definitely a point of frustration, so I’m glad we didn’t have any issues that needed to be addressed during our stay. This was the first time we have experienced a non-responsive Vrbo host – disappointing. All of that said though, we really enjoyed Seabrook Island and would definitely return, but we will not likely stay in a property managed by Sandpiper Management again, despite the condo itself being fine for what we needed.

As a self-catering vacation rental, we provide a starter supply of toiletries to get guests through their initial arrival. This includes the travel-sized soap and shampoo you mentioned. Guests typically bring or purchase their preferred full-sized items for the remainder of their trip.
We also need to address your comment regarding communication. Our direct phone number, 843-733-3009, is provided in all of our booking and check-in materials along with explicit instructions to text or call us anytime. We monitor this line constantly throughout the day. We have reviewed our logs and do not have any record of missed calls, voicemails, or text messages from your contact information prior to your stay.
