2 Sea Oak Lane is a five bedroom/six bathroom oceanfront home that sits on Hilton Head Island’s best beach. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout, arched doorways, and offers plenty of room for the whole family.

The bright and spacious living room is at the entrance of the home. This room has cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows with gorgeous ocean views. There is a black leather sofa, matching love seat, and a matching armchair with ottoman. Over by the windows there is a round table for four. When you want to relax at night after a long day in the sun, you can watch a movie on the 60” TV. There is also a nice fireplace and a small desk. From the living room there are doors that open to a large deck that extends the length of the house. The deck features a patio sofa and four rocking chairs. On the other side of the deck, outside the dining room, is a glass topped table for six and a Weber grill. This is a great location for all your outdoor meals. Walk down the stairs to the pool area where you will find another round table for four, eight lounge chairs, a bench seat, and an outdoor shower. The backyard is nicely landscaped and offers you the privacy you want including a private beach boardwalk.

Back inside to the left of the living room is the formal dining room where there is a large, wooden table for eight. Over by the windows there is a square, glass topped table for four. This would be a great “kids” table or game table. There are plenty of games to choose from inside the hutch. You can enjoy the ocean views while you dine or play, and you have access to the deck from this room as well. Behind the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen with dark cabinets, light granite countertops, a Subzero refrigerator, and a 5-burner gas stove. The center island has a butcher block top and a built-in wine rack. There is a walk-in pantry that also has an additional fridge. There are three chairs at the breakfast bar and a round table for five by the window. You also have a door to access the deck.

To the left of the entrance, behind the kitchen, is the laundry room complete with a sink and full-size washer and dryer. Down this hall there is a bedroom featuring a king bed, twin bed, leather couch, two accent chairs, a walk-in closet, and a 50” TV. The private bathroom has a single vanity and walk-in tiled shower.

To the right of the living room there is a ½ bathroom with a granite topped vanity. At the end of this hall is a very large bedroom featuring a king bed, two rocking chairs, a small desk, and a 60” TV. This room has ocean views and access to the deck. In the back of this bedroom there is an office area with a large wraparound desk with shelves and a twin bed. The very spacious ensuite bathroom has a single granite vanity, separate jetted tub, and a walk-in tiled shower.

There are three more bedrooms on the second floor, all with ocean views, in addition to a twin trundle bed that is in the corner of the loft area. The first bedroom on this floor has a king bed and a 50” TV. There are wraparound cushioned window seats – a great place to read a book and take in the ocean views. The private bathroom has a single granite vanity and a tub/shower combo. The next bedroom has a queen bed, two accent chairs, and a 50” TV. The ensuite bathroom has a single vanity and tiled walk-in shower. The final bedroom has a king bed, bench seat, accent chair, and 50” TV. The private bathroom has a single vanity and tiled walk-in shower.

When you want to get out of the sun for a little while enjoy a friendly game of ping-pong in the garage. This room has a leather couch, a white wicker couch, a rocking chair, an armchair with ottoman, and a small table that seats four. The screened door opens to the pool patio. Let in the ocean breeze, enjoy a cocktail, and play games.
