6 spacious bedrooms 4 of which are master suites with amazing beds, 2 patios with 2 BBQ's. 2 Fully stocked kitchens. Roof Deck with access from both units makes for great gathering area, this home is perfect for family Reunions and Wedding Guests. Beach chairs, coolers, beach towels and sand toys make for a perfect beach day. Free WiFi throughout the house. 3,100 sq ft of spacious and comfortable living rooms, enough space for the whole family to watch TV or play some board games! Guest book and information regarding local things to do, how to get around and restaurants. On-site parking spots included as well as street parking with no limitations.

2 large and spacious, full homes to yourself, this is a duplex that is ideal for family gatherings, reunions and small get-togethers but with the privacy of your own home! AC in home (although you probably won't need it with the cool sea breeze). Each unit has its own Washer and Dryer.

If you need anything during your stay, we are available at all times.

The home is located in San Clemente, CA, United States.

Quiet and safe neighborhood with golf course near by. We are down the street from the Rip Curl Store.

This is a residential area located -NEXT- to the 5 freeway for convenient access. This can cause traffic noise from the 5, however, there are multiple hotels and other vacation rentals on the same street which does not seem to bother many guests. Easy access to freeway allowing for quick and easy travel to multiple sought-after destinations such as San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, Disneyland and many others!

There is a bar conveniently located across the road. If the mood grabs you, you can walk over and enjoy some adult beverages and music.

Close to Camp Pendleton, multiple hiking trails, several golf courses and of course, famous Southern California beaches.

San Clemente Summer Weekend Trolly - FREE- taking you from a near by stop every 15 minutes all around beautiful San Clemente!

Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available!

Amtrak, Pacific Surfliner Route - train - takes you from San Clemente to Sea World, all the way to Downtown San Diego. Heading north, the Surfliner takes you directly through Anaheim, making your ticket to Disneyland worry free. Not to mention, this convenient train will take you all the way to Los Angeles.

House rules are as follows, please read carefully before confirming your booking:

**Minimum age policy of 25 years

**Check-in after 4pm (self check-in)

**Check-out by 10:30am

**LATE check-out fee $50 unless otherwise discussed

**NO SMOKING allowed inside or on rood deck $500 FEE

**Please DO NOT dry unwashed beach towels in the dryer as it clogs the filter**

**San Clemente has strict noise rules after 10pm for all vacation rentals, If there is a noise complaint can result in immediate eviction with no refund**

**Stained towel fee- based on size of towel

**PET FEE $500

**Rearranged furniture that is not but back in it's original location will result in additional $100 fee

All items are inventoried and thoroughly checked upon check-out.

Any broken dishes, glasses, kitchen utensils...etc...
