➌ BBQ Grill Rental – $80 (7 days) + $5/day after. Charcoal & open fires NOT allowed.
➍ Pet-Friendly (Upon Approval) – $100 per dog (max 2, under 40 lbs). Please provide breed and weight for approval.

★★Important Pool Heating Notes:
The pool heater warms the water during scheduled pump hours and is weather-dependent. It helps make the pool more comfortable but does not create hot-tub-level temperatures, and very cold weather can limit the temperature achieved.
