The Space:

Living Space: Gather in the expansive loft living area, a haven for entertainment. Sink into comfortable seating while enjoying a game of pool, foosball, air hockey, or classic arcade video games. A large flat-screen TV completes this entertainment hub.



Kitchen: NEWLY ADDED COUNTERTOP DISHWASHER! Cook up a storm in our generously sized kitchen, equipped with modern appliances. A breakfast table provides a cozy spot for your morning coffee, while the dining table is perfect for sharing home-cooked meals.



Outdoor Space: Embrace the serenity of our outdoor seating area, immersed in the sounds of nature. Relax in the dome complete with seating and a telescope, warm up in the hot tub, dine under the bistro lights, or gather around the fire pit for a memorable evening. The back deck also features outdoor games and a grill for added enjoyment.



Bedroom 1: Retreat to the stylish bedroom featuring a king-size bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep.

Within a short drive, you can explore exciting attractions like water parks and casinos, offering entertainment for all ages. Food lovers will be delighted by the array of dining options, from family-friendly restaurants to fine dining establishments. The area is also well-equipped with shops and local stores for your shopping needs. For those who enjoy the outdoors, nearby parks and trails provide opportunities for hiking and enjoying the natural beauty of the Poconos. Our location offers the perfect balance of peaceful retreat and access to local amenities. For everyone’s safety and to respect our neighbors, please remain within the property boundaries at all times and do not walk, play, or sled on adjacent fields or toward the creek. Property boundary lines are not always obvious, so when in doubt, please stay close to the home and designated outdoor areas.



Getting Around:

Navigating to your relaxing getaway is straightforward. We offer free parking on-site, making it easy to bring your vehicle. The property is situated in a location best explored by car, allowing you to discover the local attractions, dining options, and outdoor activities the Poconos have to offer. For guests arriving by air, the closest major airports are Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), and Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), both around a 90-minute drive from the house. Taxi and ride-sharing services are readily available at both airports for transportation to the property. While public transit is available, it's less convenient for reaching the property.



Other Things to Note:

We have just added a counter top dishwasher to this kitchen! (Capacity is the equivalent of a top rack in a full size dishwasher). Furry friends are welcome for a fee of $100 per pet. Any cancellation refund issued will be less the cost of payment processing fees incurred (these are typically 4%, but vary by booking platform). Because payment processing fees are incurred at the time the reservation is made and are not refunded by the payment processor, we must subtract this amount from any refund that we issue. We require both a waiver and ID upload prior to receiving check-in instructions. You are welcome to request the waiver terms prior to booking if interested.
