Wonderful well kept building located in the heart of Indian Shores directly on the Intracoastal waterway. Easy private beach access located directly across the street. A two bedroom/two bath condo featuring PRIVATE beach access across the street, heated pool & spa, plus a residents only pier/fishing dock. The Master Suite offers a King sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. Enjoy the morning sunrise and watching the boats go by!

One assigned parking spot and a pass for guest parking that is first come first serve.

Home Away From Home

We stay at this complex a couple times a year. This unit was very nice and had everything we needed. Most of the blinds need some TLC. The beach chairs were great, not the really low ones.We would definitely stay here again.

Overall stay was great for the price. A few recommendations: The place was very dusty and the carpet was dirty. Also, many of the blinds were not attached properly. The lower part of the refrigerator was freezing all our veggies. Other than these issues, accommodations were great!

Water View Condos

The location was great. The beach is a very short walk. The condo was ok. The listing said ā€œnewly updatedā€. I am not really sure what was updated because it seemed very out dated. The fan in the master bedroom did not work at all. The fan in living room was very noisy and old. The bathrooms were very outdated and the kitchen was very small with outdated appliances. The listing makes you think you are on the Intercostal with great sunrise views. This unit was not on the water, there is another part of the condo in the view of sunrises and sunsets. So basically the only view you have is the other condos and the pool. We had a great time and love this area. The condo was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the place smelled like mildew and the master toilet was filthy and had not been cleaned. I took a pic of the toilet before I cleaned it myself. The pros of this condo is location, beach access was great!

Very spacious for the 2 of us, very clean along with the pool area, hot tub, and also the dock on the intercoastal. Nice touch with added products for the kitchen and bathrooms such as shampoo, dish soap, etc. Having large tv in living room was great and then also in the master bedroom as well as guest bedroom. It is very well maintained.

The beach is beautiful and we enjoyed walks everyday.The condo is nicely decorated. The Property Shoppe staff are helpful and we loved working with them.

Family Vacation

Great condo for a small family. The property was fairly clean and in good condition. Pool was great and itā€™s right across the street from the beach access. Kitchen was fairly well stocked for cooking needs and itā€™s a great central location to restaurants, activities, and shopping.

Truly steps to the beach

Clean well-maintained condo complex. Condo is well appointed, we enjoyed cooking and used the communal grill. Very nice pool and hot tub. We had pleasant views of the pool and the bay. And enjoyed the wonderful beach right across the street.. Ample beach towels were provided as well as beach toys and umbrella. We had a small issue with the toilet and the property manager called the plumber immediately, and it was fixed within hours.

Highly recommended! Will be returning!

For our first time visiting Indian Shores, we were nervous however the check-in/check-out was stress free. The staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The condo was super clean and very cozy and comfortable. It had everything we could have needed throughout the week. It even had beach supplies so we also left our toys we bought for someone else to enjoy. The beach and water was clear and clean, we even saw dolphins almost every day we were at the beach! We were all very satisfied and have no complaints. We do plan on returning!

Great Location, repeat stay

We booked this place for the second time, its a great location with easy access to the beach. They have chairs, towels for the beach and the unit is nicely appointed. You will need to bring/buy extra toilet paper and hand soap, as there is a limited supply. The unit wasn't quite as clean as our last stay (dusty and outdoor table not wiped down), but we did a quick wipe down and settled in.

Great spot

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit had everything needed to make ourselves at home. Two issues kept it from being a 5 star review. Many of the towels smelled like cigarettes. Also, the patio screen door did not work. We called Taylor on arrival and he scheduled a maintenance person for the next day and they never called or came. Im sure I could have called again but it shouldnā€™t take 2 calls. Other than that all was beautiful.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was definitely better than the pictures. I was skeptical about renting a place that was across the street, but there is a private walkway directly across the street. There was never an issue crossing the street so donā€™t let that deter you from renting. It is a large condo with a great layout. I loved that the kitchen was stocked with anything you could ever need to fix a meal. The closets were fully stocked with ample bedding, pillows and towels. There were lots of beach towels and other items for the beach. The Seaside Property Shop did an excellent job of making our stay great. I had an issue with the coffee pot and Taylor brought one over within the hour! I highly recommend this condo. If there was anything that I could maybe suggest, it would be new vertical blinds in the bedroom. We had to reattach a few each time we opened the blinds. This was nothing that would keep me from renting this place again. We had a great time!

Perfect trip for a cousin getaway

My cousins and I spent a week at this fabulous property and we had an incredible time! A perfect home away from home. We would love to be back soon! It had everything you would need and it was right across the street from the beach!
