Located within minutes of the University of Tennessee campus, you'll be within an easy drive to Neyland Stadium, Thompson-Boling Arena, and other athletic facilities. You'll also have easy access to the buzz of game day traditions, tailgating, and the camaraderie of Volunteer fans. The house offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience with the open-concept living area, private patio, and sunroom. The abundance of windows throughout the home as well as the contrast of black, white, and red create a naturally bright and modern living space. Great Spot in West Knox

We stayed at this home while in town for a UT Menā€™s basketball game. Everything about the home was great for that. Easy to get to campus. Surrounding area has plenty of food and shopping options. Overall, enjoyable stay.

Easy check in. Very close to shopping and university. Overall, the property seemed very sad and neglected. The master shower had grime (not shown in photos). Downstairs living room walls very dirty and ceiling tile not in correctly. Master lighting removed and wire hanging from the ceiling.

Knoxville West Beautiful

The property was nice and centrally located to all our destinations. The house needs a little TLC. The master bedroom had wires hanging from the ceiling where the overhead light and fan should have been.

Unique wonderful home

What a unique home! Loved the mid-century furnishings! Had everything we needed and the two master beds were very comfortable. The large dining table was perfect for us to enjoy playing games and eating with the whole family we were visiting in Knoxville. Thank you for sharing this property with us.

Thanksgiving Visit

Stayed with my neice and nephew - 15 minutes from my mom and 15 minutes from my brother. Close to stores, restaurants but off the main road. Very well set up - nooks to spend alone time and areas to be together. Kitchen well appointed, outdoor area cozy and scenic. Loved the "MadMen" era decor and will return Thank you

Great West Knox locationā€¦

Hereā€™s a shorter version: Great Stay, But Needs a Deep Clean We enjoyed our stayā€”spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was easy, and the host was responsive. However, the property would benefit from a more thorough cleaning, especially in harder-to-reach areas. With a little extra attention, it would be perfect!

Game Day Stay

Went to watch game at UT Knoxville and visit family. Very nice property, older, well lived in home. Seemed to have many personal touches, breakables, one doesnā€™t normally see in a rental. Some inappropriate, glad my teens didnā€™t notice. Could be a little cleaner and deodorized. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We were disappointed in the strong musty/sour smell that existed through the entire property, which strongly impacted our stay and disrupted our sleeping. Additionally we noted peeling paint in the downstairs bath that indicates the possibility of mold. Dirty walls in the living room. The yard has not been kept up so weeds and overgrown. Furniture outside dirty and not inviting at all. A play area that could be accessed because of the overgrowth. There was no mention of any of these issues when we booked the property. The smell made the entire experience unpleasant and unhealthy.

Unique and relaxing home

Nice house in a great location. Just off a main road yet tucked into a wooded area that makes it feel very private. Sitting on the back patio feels like forest bathing. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. The furnishings and decor are very well curated for that mid century time capsule feel (except the curious living room sofa). A couple areas could use a little updating/TLC (particularly the ensuite bathroom, the sunroom, some light switches don't work, living room wall is damaged). Also the green grass in the pictures no longer exists - the yard is not well maintained. And as others mentioned it could use a more neutral smell, it was very strong febreeze and dog smell when first entering (aired out eventually). Lastly (also minor) there did not seem to be any pots for cooking. But overall we were happy to stay here for a week..

The house was a bit dirty when we arrived and had a musty smell. When we finally went into the patio to access the back yard we were met with a moldy and filthy room that had a strong odor. The back patio was also filthy and moldy. There is also no yard as pictured. The entire lot is overgrown. We checked out immediately.
