terrific vacation location

place is well run. clean. furnished nicely. its directly on the beach and the boardwalk. the balcony overlooks the Miami skyline with fabulous nighttime sunsets every night. we plan to stay again. really fun place.

While the property was beautiful the unit was full of mold. So badley we had to sleep with the doors and windows open. I was so worried we would get sick . The property was beautiful. The pool, shops, restaurants on the property was awesome but the smell, the broken dryer that some how made my clothes more wet , the broken closet doors, and mold growing in the bathroom were horrible.

We’re glad you enjoyed the property, pool, restaurants, and shops, as well as the overall location. However, we are very surprised by these comments. Our units are regularly inspected and treated to prevent mildew, which is common in a tropical beachfront environment, and no mold or odor was reported to us during your stay. If we had been notified at the time, we would have immediately sent maintenance to inspect and address any concern. We also did not receive any report about the dryer or closet doors while you were in the unit. Our team is always available and quick to respond when guests let us know something needs attention. Guest comfort and cleanliness are extremely important to us, and we encourage guests to contact us during their stay so we can resolve any issues right away.

It was ok

The property I booked had issues with their AC, so the manager set us up with another unit, so my review is that unit (M4 - 3rd floor). It was bigger than the one we signed up for but it was severely outdated. Fridge had rust on it, all the utensils need replaced (we bought paper plates instead). It was spacious. Tv had old TiVo unit on it, we could only get on Netflix. Location was great, hotel staff were helpful whenever we needed something. We enjoyed our stay as Miami is a beautiful town but that unit (M4 - not the property listed above) needs a complete overhaul. New floor, new paint, new beds, new lighting, new kitchen, new electric outlets. I am sure Kelly did her best to get us a place since we were at Charleston when she informed us the AC unit at the above property wasn't working. They were doing renovations up top so perhaps they're updating everything. We still had a great time and would definitely book with Kelly again if we wonder south.

Good place for family vacation

Whenever I needed help, I got immediate help from the property owner. It was very impressive. Valet parking was a bit confusing at first, but after getting used to it, it wasn't a problem.

Great location and beautiful canal view!

We didn't realize it was the Penthouse so we were pleasantly surprised. Very roomy and great view! Restaurant and Tiki pool bar were perfect added touches. Would def stay again.

Excellent property

The listing was super accurate and check in was a breeze. It was especially nice to not have to pay for valet since if you visit south beach parking is ridiculous. Every one was nice and the lower level has a store thats really convenient. Along with a tiki bar that's poolside with great food and music. Only downside is the beds are tiny not really room for two adults in each if your over 100 lbs. I don't think I've slept in a full size bed since grade school. I suggest ditch the two beds and replace with a queen or a king. The tvs are small also but we didn't spend much time watching them so no biggie.

Nice unit but the building does not enforce Covid-related rules

We were happy with the unit itself: it had high ceilings and beautiful views. The beds were making a lot of noise, and the TV's were old and did not have streaming but that did not bother us much. Our neighbors were loud for a couple of nights but I know that may happen everywhere. The main issue for us was with the building and more specifically the elevators. If you care about Covid, do not choose this building. Most people do not pay attention to social distancing, some people don't wear masks and the elevators were very crowded. Most of the time we took the stairs and our unit was on the 18th floor. Perhaps during normal times, the unit would have been just fine but if you are planning to book in the near future, you should keep these issues in mind.

Bel appartement

L'appartement est beau et conforme aux photos. Cependant, il serait nécessaire de faire quelques rafraichissements notamment dans la salle de bains du haut.Celle-ci est un peu vieillotte à comparer du reste de l'appartement. L'appartement est très bien équipé, lave-linge, sèche linge. Dans la cuisine on dispose de tous les équipements nécessaire. A l'étage, il y a un grand dressing, ceci est très appréciable quand on reste un certain temps. On trouve également de nombreux rangements dans tout l'appartement. Sa situation géographie est idéale. Le personnel de la résidence hôtelière est très sympathique. La salle de sport est bien équipée. La piscine est très bien entretenue. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement.

Very nice apartment for 2 person

We have a wonderful time in this apartment - its very spacious, but with only one bedroom only for two adult practical. Very clean but a little bit older (no possibility for ipod, furnitures, ). Nice deco ! WIFI very helpful. On the whole a wonderful holiday.
