Exceptional and unique, this three bedroom condominium places you above all of the rest. The main bedroom suite is located up a flight of stairs, private and surrounded by sky.

Enjoy one of Rocky Points most well known Resorts, the Princesa De Penasco. On site you will find the Manta swim up bar, Colins Cantina, a large clubhouse with work out room, and an on-site convenience store. Many visitors spend most of their Rocky Point visit her at the Resort, due to its complete list of amenities.

Condo details

The condominium has three bedrooms. Master Bedroom have king bed, 2nd Bedroom offer a Queen size bed and the third offers two Twin size beds. The main downstairs bedroom has as attached bathroom. While the upstairs suite is luxurious and private. You will find a large patio, and attached bathroom with elegant stone vanity with two sinks.

The living room offers leather seating, with access to another main patio and dining table seating. The kitchen and dining table make a great space for entertaining, or just enjoying a meal. A washer and dryer are here too in a separate utility room.

Enjoy fun Rocky Point from this well located condominium. Right on the beach, it is also close to all of the bistros and bars the city is known for.

Great time at Rocky Point

The check in was super smooth. The condo is cute but a little outdated. It was very clean and spacious for all of us and it looks out to the ocean. Colins cantina was great. Be sure to ask Oscar for his amazing salsa!! We had a great stay!!

good place

Property is in good condition, pools and walk to beach was very short. Recommend to use the daily clean up instead of waiting to request things when running out. The cantina on premise is small but worth a look. Overall a good stay

Nice condo

The condo was clean and in great shape. Kitchen could use some utensils(spatula,tongs etc.).

Although we had a great view of the ocean from our balcony, we were a bit disappointed with our rental. A lot of the appliances are not up to date- the dishwasher was not working and there was a big hole in the ceiling of the laundry room. The refrigerator took a long time to cool our food, it was missing a drawer and the middle part was slanted making our food or drinks slide down and fall out of the fridge. The drain in the upstairs master bathroom must have been clogged causing the water to build up and go down the drain very slowly. We did not know there was a bar directly across from our building with extremely loud music every night making it difficult for our one year old to fall or even stay asleep until the bar closed. Also, both our neighbors had dogs that constantly barked- i know that has nothing to do with the rental but it was something that honestly annoying. We will not be renting this specific place again.

Nice resort but room was lacking

We enjoyed our stay at the Princesa Resort. The grounds, pools, and beach were wonderful. The room was spacious, comfortable, and the ac was cold. However there were a number of inconveniences: the master shower was clogged and drained slowly (we asked for maintenance to come but they didn’t show up), only a trickle of water would come out at the kitchen sink, many supplies were missing in the kitchen including dish towels, and there was no bedding for the pull out sofa that 2 of our guests needed to sleep on. If these things were remedied we would stay again.

Good Location. Nice Place

Good Location. Nice Place. Large Comfortable Condo. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was becuase we were never provided a WIFI password and nobody seem to know it. Also we arrived after 8:PM and the person who checked us in said I had to give him a $20 cash "fee" directly to him because he had to open the office. This did not sound legitimate to me especially as this fee was not documented anywhere in the terms and conditions and the fee was paid in cash directly to him.

Its great to hear you had a great time and that you enjoyed your vacation with us, regarding the $20.00 dlls late fee, this was mentioned on the Confirmation letter sent to you: CASAGO ROCKY POINT SCHEDULES AND LOCATIONS Our office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm every day, from Monday to Sunday. If you plan to arrive outside our published office hours, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate your needs. There is a $20.00 USD charge for any late check ins (after office hours). Remember due to COVID-19 new protocols, there is a town's curfew at 10:00pm, make sure to arrive to town at the latest at 9:00pm so you can arrive at your property on time. Regarding the Password i have sent your comment to the corresponding department. Thank you so much once again for your honest review, reviews are a great tool that help us improve as a company.
