The listed rate is for five bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests (one Queen or King bed per room).
The villa features nine bedrooms in total, with space for up to 18 guests.
Please contact the host if you wish to use more rooms or adjust the guest count so the rate can be updated accordingly.

When renting our villa, it includes the preparation of breakfast and lunch (Before 2:30PM) The house staff will ask you about your preference for the next day with one day's notice, them the staff can be best prepared to serve you. On holidays, they will ask two days in advance to ensure the availability of the necessary ingredients. The meals are served family-style, so all guests will have the same main course and dessert, except in the case of food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical issues.

° Maximum occupancy shall not exceed 18 guests, including children.
°We will kindly need the **names of all guests in advance**, and upon arrival at the house, everyone will be asked to present an **official ID, such as a **passport or government identification (INE ID).

Prior to your arrival, we will ask you to provide your requests for your arrival meal, breakfast the following morning and a list of any beverage or snacks you would like to have pre-stocked for your enjoyment. our suppliers will do the shopping and upon your arrival, they will present you with receipt for everything that has been purchased. Upon arrival, please be prepared to reimburse them in cash. we recommend bring Mexican pesos. Your concierge can give you an idea of what to expect as far as costs.

Note: There is also an extra charge for taxi costs for the staff to go and get the groceries.

Sunday is a Staff rest day.

Dinner preparation is not included in the cost. If you require dinner service, there will be an additional charge. Please consult with the host for details. The latest time to serve dinner, if requested, will be 6:30 PM.

Guests may not sublet or bring unregistered guests without prior written authorization from the manager or owner.
