Villa Marbella is a luxurious Mexican-style home located in the exclusive Conchas Chinas district of Puerto Vallarta.

Enter the antique wooden doors & be transported into a magical setting. The magnificent view of the Bay of Banderas catches your attention immediately. The living room's open architecture brings the wonderful view into the house. You notice the tasteful furniture & beautiful handicrafts, imported from throughout Mexico. Fresh ocean breezes invigorate & cool you. High ceilings impart a feeling of freedom & comfort.

Villa Marbella offers 10,000 square feet of living area, and is one of the largest houses in Puerto Vallarta. There is a complete staff of gourmet chef, butler and a housekeeper. The chef will prepare two meals a day for you.  The chef will do all the shopping, you are responsible for the cost of the food, drinks and tipping of the staff.  It was designed and constructed in 1997, and features wrought ironworks, stained glass windows, and hand-painted tiles. The family room is equipped with a 35' television, a DVD player and house library of 30 DVD'S  and a CD/tape/radio player. There is also a game room with pool table.  Villa Marbella offers eight spacious bedrooms, and can accommodate 16 adults in luxury.

All bedrooms have fantastic ocean views & balconies. Seven of the bedrooms have private attached bathrooms. There are seven king sized beds and one queen sized bed. Each room also has an individual air conditioner, ample closet space, a ceiling fan, and a lockable safe.

Villa Marbella features a stunning view of the Bay of Banderas. The house is perched on a hillside several hundred feet above the ocean, and offers a 270 degree view up and down the coastline. Los Arcos can be seen on the left horizon & Punta de Mita can be seen on the right. Watch the fishing boats go out at the break of dawn as you breakfast from the patio.

The Conchas Chinas beach is very private and only a five minute walk from the villa.

You will not go wrong with this property - the villa (house) is just as described. The staff were amazing. The food was amazing - the margaritas, chips and guacamole by the pool were amazing - the cleaning was done every day. Good communication in advance. We would definitely visit again. For those that like to walk - you need to be in pretty good shape as it is high in the hill. For those that have small children I might not recommend due to pool placement and high ledge. We had couples and singles 50 plus that stayed and loved it. Seniors with walking problems on stairs may have an issue - all bedrooms are either up or down stairs. All have a great view. Honestly can't say enough about the place!

Birthday Celebrations

We stayed 5 nights with a group of 16 friends and coworkers. Everyone loved the food that was prepared, the view from every room and the friendly staff. Location is walking distance to the beach. There is a small palapa restaurant and bar down by the beach . Beach was nice and clean, not crowded at all. Mostly locals and very few vendors on the beach. Location is a 5 minute uber ride into the downtown area.

A Dream Stay in Puerto Vallarta!

This home was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and everything we hoped for and more! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views, the elegant decor, and the attention to detail that made our stay so special.The staff was truly incredible—friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home and added an extra layer of luxury to an already perfect stay.This is easily one of the most amazing places I’ve ever stayed, and I would go back in a heartbeat. If you're looking for the perfect getaway in Puerto Vallarta, this is it! Highly, highly recommended!

This place is amazingly beautiful. Just as promised, the views from every room are stunningly beautiful. Leo, Enrique, Angelita and Maria were kind and professional and attentive to all our needs. It was a dream vacation.

Thanksgiving & Birthday celebrations

This was our first time staying at Villa Marbella, but not the first time visiting Puerto Vallarta. WOW wow wow…by far the best place that we have stayed in. All of the rooms were facing the ocean, the common room with the pool and a dining area was opened to an ocean view. It was close enough and high enough for us to enjoy watching all the whales and dolphins swimming, jumping and splashing from our balcony. How cool was that! The common room was also perfect for getting together for breakfast, lunch and dinner….best part of all was it allowed all of us to play card and board games as a family. The staff was awesome, they were always available and attentive, the rooms were made and kept clean, and the new towels and toilet papers were always exchanged. Leo was very accommodating to all of our needs, and the chef cooked wonderful meals every night for us. FYI, it is cheaper to just find your own transportation from airport to Villa Marbella. Once you find the right one, get his or her number and use them throughout your visit. The exchange rates is all over the place, you are better off exchanging US dollar at a bank before hand if possible. For example, one shop will give you 17:1 (peso:dollar), another will give 18:1, another will give you 19:1….even though the market rate is 20:1, but you won’t get that rate there. Enough said…FANTASTICO, haste la vista!

Simply Amazing

Villa Marbella was perfect in every way! The house is outstanding, the view breathtaking, and staff wonderful. The chef, Angeles is wonderful, and Leo & Pepe kept our drinks flowing. All the rooms are perfect with their own balconies. My only complaint would be the beds!! The mattresses are way too hard.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Highly recommended!

We stayed here for my friends 40th birthday and everyone loved the home! There was plenty of space, it was super clean and the staff is super friendly. The location is great and the view of the ocean is unbeatable! I highly recommend this place for your next stay in Puerto Vallarta and I will definitely be coming back myself!

Great getaway for the bros

Everything about this place was unreal! The views, property and most importantly the staff were absolutely amazing. The property manager, Michelle, was incredibly helpful in planning and setting us for success! Nothing but great things to say about our experience, it truly left all of us speechless. Thank you to everyone at Marbella for an amazing time!

villa marbella exceeded our expectations. amazing view, house, staff. really comfortable lodgings. be advised, however, that walking outside is difficult due to the steep terrain and cobble-stone streets. (we were not able to use our baby strollers.)

Stunning

Villa Marbella is beautiful! We spent five days here for a family vacation with 15 people ages 3 to 74. Very comfortable and spacious rooms with great ocean views. The pool was perfect for the children. Francisco and the staff were amazing. The food was great! It was easy to get around by Uber or taxi. We would highly recommend this property to others. It was a perfect vacation! Thank you.

Great family vacation house!

Everything was awesome and the staff are super helpful. The house is clean and has plenty of things to do for people of all ages. We had 14 people in our group and it felt spacious. Loved the view in the morning and evening, the pool is great, etc. everything was great! Negative: the mattresses are absolutely terrible. Very very hard and caused pain and aches for most of the group. This is not our preference and I realize each person has their own preferences but for us it was terrible. I would not stay here again simply for the lack of good sleep and rest at night. Again, if you don’t mind this part please stay here, everything else was awesome!

Wonderful

Everything was perfect! Beautiful home with 8 bedrooms. The view is spectacular not only from living area but from every room. Leo, Afonso, Daniel, and Mary made delicious food and margaritas and kept everything spotless and organized. The house exceeds expectations. One important note is that the address on the listing is not accurate.

A Week In Paradise

This rental is ideal for a large family to bond in a wonderful setting. There are ocean views from every room and the staff make you feel at home. It is cleaned daily and the cook is masterful at the local cuisine and makes suggestions but will make anything you desire. I highly recommend this for its beauty and location close to the city.

Incredible Experience

Villa Marbella is an unbelievable experience. The property itself is absolutely beautiful. There is not a bad room on the property as they all have ocean views. Michelle and her team were great to work with and communicated with us throughout the entire planning of our stay. The staff at the property could not be more friendly and accommodating. They work like a well oiled machine and tended to our every need. I cannot say enough positive things about our entire experience. One of the best vacations weve ever had! 5/5 highly recommend!

Never wanted to leave!

We came to Villa Marbella to celebrate our wedding and have a small, intimate event with a few family members, then spend the week in Puerto Vallarta. We couldn't have chosen a better spot! The villa itself is great-- every room has a balcony with an ocean view, the pool was the perfect spot to cool off from the hot weather, and the villa was so spacious. What made this villa extra special was the amazing staff. Lio ensured we always had cold margaritas and drinks when we needed it and got us connected with transportation for day trips, helping us figure out details. Valeria was an amazing chef! I was so pleased with how professional and delicious all the food was. We 2 meals a day at the villa as well as snacks, and everything is up there with high-quality restaurant food. Maria was the housekeeper, who kept the place spotless and would clean up the villa every day. Thank you all for an awesome stay! The only thing is the approximate address is not accurate in the listing. The listing had it as 5 de Deciembre neighborhood but it's actually in Conchas Chinas, so about a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the downtown area. All in all we loved it and would go again! I recommend to anyone traveling with a big group looking for an ultra relaxing vacation!

Home away from home

We spent 11 great nights at Villa Marbella in June 2023. Our group size of 9 adults and 3 children had enough space so that we were very comfortable and didn’t feel on top of each other, yet we had a common area to congregate in at everyday. Leo, Valeria and Maria did their best to make us feel at home. The views of the ocean from the villa’s balconies are truly stunning but you always have to keep a close eye on any young kids in the group. The pool at the villa served us well for those days we didn’t want to head to the beach, but indeed there are several beautiful beaches a short taxi ride away. We were glad we didn’t bother to rent a car as taxis and uber are very frequent. Puerta Vallarta offers an array of engaging tours/restaurants/bars/markets etc to keep everyone in our group (ages 3 - 82) entertained. We mostly had dinner at the villa as it gave us an opportunity to enjoy family time together over the meal. All in all, we had a memorable holiday and it was a great way to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday.

Great Birthday for myself and my family

We stayed 5 nights at this beautiful house. Leo and the staff really made our trip a 5 star. Its a beautiful view with great service and really good food.. One of our better family trips!! The location is close to town so getting uber was easy. We did lose power, however, they did send someone out to fix it late at night and we got a good night sleep! The beach is right below- beautiful and steep!
