Casa Castelli on Pacific Mexico’s Mismaloya bay, less than 20 min from downtown Puerto Vallarta, represents a symphony of luxury, art, nature, and architecture. With a dedicated concierge, daily housekeeping, and on-site chef, this fully staffed villa offers the perfect setting to relax. It is a short 5-minute walk to Mismaloya bay beach.

You'll lavish in the spectacular ocean-view infinity pool and relax in one of the 6-bedrooms, with 7 baths and a multitude of modern creature comforts.

The house, views and service were even better than expected or what you see in pictures! It was a perfect location near a small local beach, driving distance to some amazing restaurants, and the greatest staff that take care of the house, prepare delicious meals and makes the stay simply the best! The chef and waiter were AMAZING! 5 star treatment, house, location and trip!

The views. The staff. The home. We had an incredible time staying here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. The rooms and beds were great, the house was always clean, we had everything we needed and more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at beautiful Casa Castelli!! After getting out luggage, we exited the airport to our transport to Casa Castelli. Our driver was very pleasant and got us there in no time. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Alejandra and the staff who made our vacation delightful!! All questions were answered and in no way did we ever feel they intruded on our privacy. The Casa is as beautiful as the pictures show. We did avail the services of the Chefs. The meals were delicious and the food was plentiful!! I wouldn’t have changed a thing!! Alejandra coordinated some trips and taxis for us. All in all I believe our family would give the house and staff a 10!

The was amazing and everything worked out great! The only negative is that there is no outdoor shower to rinse the sand off. Also there is nice little restaurants with in a 10 or 15 minute walk. But if you are going to have food bought for you I suggest buying the food yourself from Costco and having them pick it up for you. Alejandra is amazing and responds quickly. The views from the top room balcony is amazing.

Great stay!!

House was amazing!! Very large with plenty of room. Beds were great. Service and housekeeping was great. Heated pool was nice. House is located in a gated community. Great view. Villa is close to small village so you can get snacks and drinks. Had two ladies come to the villa for massages. Love the area.

50th Birthday celebration

We stayed here for my 50th Birthday. The house was amazing. The chef was amazing. The cleaning service was amazing. Alejandra was amazing. She answered all my questions, was very accommodating. Just a warning there’s a lot of stairs but don’t let that stop you from getting this. I would absolutely stay here again. Taxi and beach is a walking distance. The house to the airport maybe 45 mins. Overall, very amazing. Do not hesitate to stay here. Probably one of the best house I’ve stayed at yet.

Beautiful House, Amazing Staff!

This is our second time visiting Puerto Vallarta and this house was perfect. We were a group of 3 families (6 kids!) and we loved that the house was walking distance to the nearby beach. The house staff were so kind and friendly, and the meals provided by the chefs were truly delicious. They even made kid-friendly simpler meals for our little ones who are picky eaters. There was an issue with the pool heater, but Alejandra and the staff got it fixed for us right away. From there on - it was a relaxing and amazing trip. We will definitely be back!

Great for Large Groups!

We had an amazing time and opted for the additional services, including the chef and bartender. Alejandra was extremely helpful and catered to our needs, especially at the last minute when we decided to add on an excursion. The house is gorgeous and spacious. It allows for large groups to have their own space but yet has wonderful meeting areas where you can hangout or watch TV together. Our group has been traveling for over 16 years and this is a house we would come back to. Thanks again to the wonderful staff - Reyes, Roberto, Gris and Claudia.Bring cash!

Great house!

This house was exceptional! The on site staff was amazing, our house was cleaned daily and we never went without something we needed. The pool was cleaned daily and fresh pool towels put out. We were treated to margaritas and chips/salsa upon arrival and were given a full house tour. My only complaint is the listing says it’s 13 min from the airport and 20 min from the malecon which is not accurate. Mismaloyma Bay is about 45 min from the airport and 40 Min from downtown PV. Not a deal breaker with a view like that!

Exceptional Property

Villa Castelli is a fabulous property. The house is exceptionally clean and in good condition. Concierge Alejandra was very helpful and we had good experiences with the chef service, housekeeping, and other staff. The pool is heated and the patio is the perfect area for a large group to hang out. There were iguanas in the trees every day. The suites are well appointed and overall the home is comfortable. Walking to the store or to the beach area requires about 130 stairs at the property - good exercise! The house has an amazing view of the ocean but due to it's high position in a bay area it is very loud - road noise, waves, and music from the resort and beach across the street. Overall a great VRBO experience. Thank you!

Our stay at the Villa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning rooms, immaculate bathrooms, and beautifully designed common areas. One consideration for future guests is that the Villa may not be ideal for toddlers and smaller children due to the numerous steep steps. However, for families with older children or adult groups, it is an absolute paradise.Overall, we highly recommend the Villa for anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable getaway.

Group Trip

The house and our stay was amazing! Perfect for a large group (we had 7). Everything was as described. She sunrise and sunset views are breath taking. The communication ahead of and during the stay was greatly appreciated. Ale and staff made the stay even better. Ismael, Danny, Carlos, and Mitzi were stellar! Meals were fantastic and they were above accommodation for restrictions and our picky eaters. The location is a good distance from the city center. About 45 min to the airport. So, plan accordingly. Utilize Ale to set up transportation. You can walk to the cab stand down the road but having a scheduled ride is worth it! It also saves you from walking down the steps. There are a LOT of stairs, if you have ability issues it’s something to be mindful of. Overall I would definitely stay again and be fine with not leaving the property.

We had an amazing time at Villa Castelli. The staff was amazing. The views are amazing. The location is in Mismaloya, the VRBO map showed the property north of PV, when we booked it. I looked it up on Google maps so I knew where it was but just FYI for those booking.The house set up is as follows (I didn't see this anywhere and it would have been helpful to know):Walk in from the road, when driving, primary bedroomdown one story to the main living area/pool and one bedroomDown one story to the game room, 2 bedrooms, and an extra bathroomDown another story to the last two remaining bedrooms.Then continuing down the 2 more flights of stairs, takes you to an outdoor staircase and then to the main road where you can go to the beach - massages, facials, manis/pedis, etc available on the beach for 30USD each.There is a taco stand that opens around 3pm that is great!The zoo is walking distance.From the main floor, there are about 90 steps to the bottom.The pool was heated to perfection.Housekeepers were great, they are there for a long time each day and somehow we rarely saw them, when we did we offered them food and snacks etc that we were preparing. They were very nice and helpful.The kitchen was very well stocked with cutting boards, blenders, coffee makers, knives, silverware. Probably one of the better stocked kitchens that we rented. We had everything we needed, we used their shopping services and it was worth every penny.Each bathroom had lotion, makeup remo

Simply Magical

Our family had a simply fantastic stay at Casa Castelli – we cannot say enough great things about it! Our wonderful concierge, Alejandra, made our trip very special. She took such a personal interest in making sure each person was taken care of and each excursion was perfect – it was incredible. Chef Ivan is an absolute treasure – he shows so much love and care with each and every meal. From a simple breakfast to an elaborate Christmas Eve feast – it was an honor to enjoy his food. We stayed with 12 people in the villa, and the entire place – from top to bottom – is spectacular. It is absolutely as great as the photos. The views are unforgettable from morning to night. There is a wonderful sound system throughout the upstairs that plays both inside and outside by the pool. Each bedroom has its own bathroom – with amazing bathtubs and showers! – and views of Mismaloya Bay and the jungle (including the iguanas) all around. It’s all kept very, very clean and there is plenty of space and privacy. You should be prepared that there are a lot of stairs in the house. It’s one of the reasons the house has so much privacy. The six bedrooms are spread out onto four different floors. The game room is a special feature that we got a lot of use out of. The pool and foosball tables are in great shape. The villa’s location is also unique. You can take the stairs all the way down to the main road below, so you can easily walk to the beach and Mismaloya town. We took easy boat trips from the bay to Los Arcos and Quimixto (highly suggest both!) Alle’s team at the villa were all charming and incredibly welcoming. Everyone works together as a team to pamper you and they all seem to genuinely enjoy each other. You won’t want to go home. We will certainly be back!

Family trip

This was a Christmas gift for two years to our family! Most felt it was the most beautiful place they had ever stayed! The outside space and pool were where we spent most of our time but the pool table also became quite popular. We didn’t have the staff because we really just wanted to be together as a family…we have good cooks but ended up eating lots of tacos from a stand and meals from the sea food restaurant just across the bridge. With a group of 12 keys were a bit of an issue and the stairs would have been an issue if our youngest granddaughter had been along. Wonderful time in a wonderful home with great views close to a great beach. Doesn’t get much better.
