Walk just a minute north and you'll enjoy the main Los Muertos Beach with dozens of restaurants and lounge chairs and the main Pier where many activities depart from. You’ll also enjoy a private heated pool, a poolside terrace bar, an exercise room, smart TVs, and complimentary WiFi throughout the property.

Your stay is elevated by a full-time staff of 13, including two English-speaking housemen, two private chefs, and two maids. From cooking and cleaning to shopping and laundry, every detail is handled for you—so you can relax, unwind, and truly feel pampered. The property includes 24-hour security, a locked compound, and security cameras at all entrances.

DINING AT THE VILLA - HOW MEALS WORK:
Your stay includes the services of our exceptional chefs, who will shop, prepare, cook, serve, and clean up two full meals per day at no additional service charge. You are responsible only for the actual cost of groceries, with receipts provided and no added fees.

Budgeting guidelines: Plan for approximately $40 USD per guest per day for food and beverages. This estimate may vary depending on your group’s dining preferences—costs tend to be lower for children, light eaters, or those who choose to dine out, and higher if selecting premium seafood (like lobster or shrimp) and top-shelf wines and liquor.

We recommend providing about $1,000 USD upfront to cover grocery purchases, checking in midway through the week, and settling the total at the end of your stay. All grocery payments are CASH only, as staff cannot accept cards or checks.

Breakfast is served family-style and will include fresh fruit, bacon, potatoes, and guest favorites like French toast. You may also order individual items such as omelets, yogurt parfaits, or machaca burritos.

If you choose lunch or dinner - these are served as group selections, with everyone enjoying the same main dish. The chefs are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions. Dinners can be plated, family style, or buffet style based on your preference. Dinners may feature up to four courses: appetizers, soup or salad, a main entrée, and dessert.

Sundays are the staff’s regular day off, but a generous breakfast is still served. A simpler lunch or appetizers can be arranged, and dinner is an excellent chance to explore Puerto Vallarta’s world-class dining scene. If you would like full Sunday service this can be accommodated with advance notice for a fee.

Tipping Guidelines: Tipping is optional but customary in Mexico. For exceptional service—and to ensure all members of the household staff, including those behind the scenes, are recognized—we recommend $20 USD per guest per day as a helpful guideline. Many of our guests tip over the recommended starting point.

Example:
A group of 12 guests staying 7 nights / 8 days would leave a total of $1,920 USD, which is distributed among the entire staff. The easiest method is to place the full amount in a provided envelope and give it to the head houseman to divide so that everyone, including night watchmen and support staff, receives their fair share.
