We're sorry your stay was impacted by the unexpected building-wide air conditioning outage. While we understand how frustrating that was, this was a building issue that was outside of our control. We appreciate your patience during the repairs and are glad the rental company was able to provide a partial refund for the inconvenience. We would also like to clarify that the photos in our listing are of the exact condo you reserved. We strive to represent each property accurately, so guests know what to expect before they arrive. Regarding the beach restoration, this project is managed by local authorities and is scheduled independently of the resort. While it is intended to preserve and improve our beautiful shoreline for years to come, we understand it can be disappointing when it affects a vacation.
