We are located at 726 Dover Court in South Mission Beach, with one amazing parking space and an outdoor courtyard that will be your favorite place to rest and relax after a day in the sun! The unit sits on the ground-level of a two-unit building, with a spacious courtyard patio that is private to the cottage. The patio is about 15 x 20 feet in size and is an outdoor space you will not find easily elsewhere for this value! Enjoy grilling and dining while just steps away from the deep blue sea, the boardwalk, sandy beach, and surf! Play in the ocean right in front of lifeguard tower #12, located straight from the sidewalk leading you to the beach. Just four doors from the shore, it will take you only 70 steps to get to the boardwalk, sand, and surf! We love that all of the adventures and activities are so close, yet perfectly distanced so you can still find quiet respite at the home when desired. Take a short stroll a few blocks North and you will find fun for all ages at Belmont Park. The famous Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, arcade, minigolf, shopping, dining, and more can be found right here on the boardwalk! Beautiful fitness center and indoor Plunge pool welcomes all ages for fun out of the sun. Small grocery markets and eateries are all conveniently located within walking distance from the home. There are many nearby rental shops offering bicycle, kayak, surfboard, sailboat rentals and much more! Keep your vehicle parked and explore the area by foot, bicycle, or blades! We would love to have you visit us! We have lots of returning guests come back year after year to their favorite beach spot, and we hope you will too!

Interior:
This bright and sunny cottage-style unit is perfect for a single family with kids or two couples. Sleeps up to 6 guests in beds, or 8 guests using sofa bed. The home is very welcoming and open, with all rooms connecting in a large circle. Enter the home from the front door and you will be in the kitchen that overlooks the living area and the courtyard patio. From the living room you will pass the bunk bed caves (TWO TWIN BUNKS which are open to the hallway and living area with their own TVs) and to Bathroom 2 and then Bedroom 2 (KING BED). You will then find Bedroom 1 (KING BED) which has the ability to close a door to this hallway, creating a main suite that attaches to Bathroom 1. Bathroom 1 has two entry doors, one leading to Bedroom 1 and the other leading to the front door and kitchen. There is a private stackable washer & dryer in Bathroom 1, allowing for convenience and light packing! Updated vinyl plank flooring can be seen throughout the home, along with fresh beachy decor. Full kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, pantry, and plenty kitchen appliances. Lots of windows give this beach house character and a bright beach cottage feel. Work from here with fast WiFi and plenty of space to sit at the breakfast bar or outside on the patio.

PLEASE no parties! We are a very family-friendly property and will not tolerate partying or noise complaints of any kind. Many residents live here year-round, so please be a good neighbor!
